From the obituary: By his own account, Hefner had sex with more than a thousand women, including many pictured in his magazine. Oh please! If your lifetime total is in double digits, you probably are not as happy as you claim to be. If your lifetime total is in triple digits, or (good grief!!!) quadruple digits, you have a problem. Is it really fair for one to claim credit for rights, privileges and freedoms that were a result of the sexual revolution, if one's role in the sexual revolution was the objectification of women? As to those large numbers, you must remember other than the single digits, all of those numbers wanted his money or the publicity his money could purchase. From what I read, Hugh Hefner spent money on the Environment, how much I can't determine, that being said, that Marsh Rabbit was named by someone else in His honor. The fact that He got a rabbit named after Him, that is native to the Florida Keys, and is Endangered, according to the chart, that is not too far from Extinction, that also says someone wanted to give the species some publicity to the rabbits plight, before this species goes the way of the Dodo. Hares and rabbits are apparently the same species. Didn't know that. If Florida rabbits are endangered it could be because of other predators. Such as humans and foxes. Anyway.
