I like to mix Code Red and Wild Cherry Pepsi together since they both have a cherry flavor. And I also drink soda pop a room temperature or ice cold. Doses not matter too much to me. I forgot about Wild Cherry Pepsi. I remember liking it, but I can't say I've seen it in the stores recently. Gotta have my drinks ice cold, lots of ice. I even put ice in orange juice! :~) The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

If it weren't for asthma, I'd love cold drinks, but room temp works for Me, and I'm acquiring a taste for Diet Mtn Dew, but then what I normally drink has no sugar in Crystal Light Fruit Punch, so it's not much of a stretch. Points are now at 3950, thanks Gordon Lowe. Savoir-Faire is everywhere! The T1 Trust, T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, America's First HST |

If it weren't for asthma, I'd love cold drinks I've had less problems, but then ice cream is colder still. Cold drinks do seem to be a trigger, they make the throat contract I gather, Me it just makes Me cough. And then I have the complication of having part of My stomach above the diaphragm, found that out in a cat scan back in Dec 2016. So I can cough and gasp for air like a fish, now all I need is gills, at least MD is green, well what I can buy that is. Not everyone has the same levels of triggers, like is mentioned in these two links. https://forums.webmd.com/3/asthma-exchange/forum/2493 http://www.healthboards.com/boards/asthma/296540-cold-drinks-asthma.html I only forgot 1 thing when I went shopping for food, Mustard, next time I get some gas money, $0.99 goes for Mustard. @Gordon, My asthma is different. Cold weather, (Chicago Winters), absolutely kill my asthma. BUT, I CAN drink ice cold drinks. I drink, (from a 7-11 64 Oz Mug), ice water three times a day. I've always been able to drink cold drinks. But the damned cold Chicago Winter air kills me every time. So, when we moved to California for the second, (and final), time - I was ECSTATIC!!!!! Ok a project that has been on the back burner, buying a manufactured home, will eventually be back online, for I'll need at least credit score of 660, CA state law changed back in September, this has to do with CalHFA, but first I have to buy 3 new tires from Discount Tire(mine are getting OLD), a Corsair H55(to convert an Nvidia 970 video card to hybrid status, I own the 970 card and a Corsair N980 kit), and a QNIX QX2710 LED Evolution ll [Matte] 27" 2560x1440 SAMSUNG PLS Panel PC Monitor. I can get the H55($58.00) and 1 tire($52.00, a 195/50x15 for a spare) in November, the other 2 tires($86.00, 2-185/60x15, this size won't fit in the car trunk properly, just very tightly) in December, and the 27" QNIX 2560x1440 monitor$159.99 in January or so(this is an upgrade from a 20" 1600x900 monitor). The Corsair N980 kit can be used with an Nvidia GTX970 video card, since the card is compatible with the N980. The 185/60x15 tire is about one inch larger than the 195/50x15 tire, I've used both sizes on the car that I drive. Once I get these, I can close down ebay for a while. And concentrate on getting rid of so many cards, ugh I don't want anymore cards, one of which is secured and is very expensive. All for a place like this, a 1254sqft double wide manufactured home, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, on a concrete foundation, on its own land which is 7458sqft in size, which can be rehabbed under state law now w/a grant, which would help with closing costs, everything but moving, and lent on since this is a 1982 double wide(a 24' or wider place), nothing can be done about my 1987 single wide(12' or wider): I'm sorry there are so many pics. A gardner will have to spray and remove the weeds, the gravel would stay. Nice Pine Tree, it's the soil, not much will grow without a lot of help, otherwise the same as the 1st pic, besides put in a new metal roof over the old roof. New windows and paint. Same as the 2nd pic. Same as the 1st pic. Maybe new door locks front(on left) and rear, door on right possibly a closet. Front room. Home wiring will need a total update, possibly the plumbing, as will the furnace and a/c too. 2nd half of Front room. Dining room. Kitchen. Kitchen. Kitchen. Laundry room. Laundry room and Rear door. Bedroom. Master Bathroom. Master Bathroom. Master Bathroom. Bedroom. Bedroom. 2nd Bathroom. 2nd Bathroom. Parking... Fence needs work... Gated parking. Some windows and other upgrades need to be done, this place was in place since 1982, it qualifies, I asked. The place will have to have the Septic Tank pumped, this is normal for the area. The shed will need paint. Savoir-Faire is everywhere! The T1 Trust, T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, America's First HST |

3 words: Forgivable loan, grant. Those are part of SB-3 that was signed by Gov Brown back on September 29th, 2017. Then there is Down Payment Assistance and yet is not limited to to that, from SB-2, also signed on the 29th, into state law, both to take effect immediately, both passed with at least a 2/3rd vote of the Legislature in accordance of Prop13 of 1978. Right now I'm not feeling so good. Savoir-Faire is everywhere! The T1 Trust, T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, America's First HST |

The state doesn't see Me as a renter, why? Cause I rent the land under the home, plus I've not paid a mortgage in a while, though there is evidence of Me owning property in the past. And yes, I've been told this in the past. There is also SB-2 Building Homes and Jobs Act, as well as SB-3 for the down payment assistance, but I'll stick with SB-3, since SB-3 seems to do more, GEM Mortgage is a CalHFA lender, and GEM knows about SB-3, the phone number on the page at the link is the corporate number. Well part of the problem with this place, is I've been told that I can't borrow to fix this place up, since it is a single wide, a single wide is 12' or wider, a double wide is 24' or a bit wider and is divided into 2 pieces, a triple wide can be 36' wide or wider and is divided into 3 pieces, My home is 13.5'x60' in size. I know I could move My home, but that would cost money, which would be an unsecured loan, and I doubt that would be affordable, I've not found any sort of assistance in this area, and as I know I am not going to inherit any money from any living relative, that's been done already. Tear down: prep for moving Moving: $0.10 a mile, and the route is not like with an auto, since obstructions, weight, height and width are important, and some streets won't allow a home to go down the street. Obstructions could be telephone poles, lights, underground could have just about anything down there, and homes like this aren't light weight or even flimsy, at least not since 1976, when some nationwide standards went into effect back then. Since the land is about 60 miles away from here, that would be a very small cost. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manufactured_housing Setup: What I typed in below. I'd need a piece of land, I know of a lot(land) that costs $9,000.00 on a paved street that is suitably zoned, plus closing costs, which I think is 3% of the purchase price, everything is in the street(electric service, natural gas, water, cable tv/internet, and phone), except for sewer, so a septic system would need to be installed, as would fencing, a concrete foundation, a driveway and walkway, plus a 100A breaker pedestal, 200A does exist, that just costs a bit more, since I'd have to replace My 100A breaker box. And yes a construction permit would be needed that I'd go and secure, as would some minor details like generic plans(this is what was done here), supplied by the mover. I've omitted landscaping details, since that is not more than put a tree in the front yard, and some red gravel of a type that does tend to keep the weeds down, plus a small drip system for the tree. I've done most of this before, at one time or another. Estimated total cost, possibly as much as $25,000.00. But I've given up on that, as I have already mentioned. Thanks Chris S, ugh, yeah, did someone get the number of that Lorry that hit Me? Since I feel like I've been run over. Savoir-Faire is everywhere! Dislikes: 01. The Park is a dump(though it hasn't always been this way). 02. There aren't enough dumpsters(though it hasn't always been this way). 03. The summer is very hot here, and long, like 110 days at or above 100F. 04. It's noisy at times. 05. The fwy is nearby, and at times a parking lot. 06. I can't have a garage for My car here. 07. Solar is impossible here, I've been told that I'd need My own land for that. 08. My mailbox is 2.5 miles away. 09. I'm crowded in here, it's cramped. 10. You can hear the train in Daggett CA, that's 6.105 miles going directly as the crow flies, by road 8.445 miles. 11. That this 30yr old place can be fixed, if I had the money. 12. The flying insects here. 13. The free roaming dogs who poop. 14. There is no competition for cable out here, and there are no slower speeds either, 100/10 is all, tests frequently say 118/12. 15. I used to live 45 miles from My relatives, now they live 100 miles from My location, 200 mile round trip, and My tires are wearing out too. 16. I've lived here at this location since November 2006, and I've lived in the Park since July 2004. 17. Only having 100A electrical service. 18. Getting anyone to come out here to do any work can involve a trip charge. 19. No Pizza Delivery, instead I get to play fetch, a 12 mile drive to Barstow CA, woof! 20. I find finger prints on My car, I had someone open My car trunk once here, and I didn't authorize that, nothing was taken, not even cat hair, drat. 21. I have no neighbors next to Me, there are 2 sides to this. 22. I don't have enough room for the aquarium on one wall, where the weight would be supported. 23. There is no public transit, outside of dial a ride, which only allows 4 bags on board, and there is no place to sit and wait. 24. Going to the Doctor means a 12 mile drive, sometimes nearly 100 miles. 25. I almost don't live in California. 26. List=1 does not work on the website, or it's broken in FF 53.03 x64, looks the same as List, I had to enter the numbers Myself. 27. I forgot that I'm all out of Pepto Bismol(diarrhea medicine), and Mustard, so I have to drive 12 miles, and then drive 12 miles home, and I have $5.28 for gasoline in My wallet... 28. Too much soda... 29. The park has been sold 3 times since I've lived here. 30. I live in Yermo. 31. I can't think of anymore likes or dislikes.
01. It's quiet at times. 02. The i15 fwy is nearby, and there is the i40 fwy 8.5 miles from here. 03. My mailbox is 2.5 miles away. 04. No water meter. 05. The park starting to take care of the park, instead of a slum to suck money out of. 06. Repairs to the Park are slowly being made. 07. A small concrete fountain was built, with water pumps. 08. I have friends nearby, IRL and online. 09. Jack in the Box has great food. 10. I have neighbors next to Me, there are 2 sides to this. 11. There is a NEW Eddie World gas station nearby(or on Facebook), 16-pumps, 8-tesla super chargers, store, and a garden fresh cafe w/ice cream being built, oh and did I mention there's lots of guilt there? 12. I still live in California. 13. There is a Food4Less super market in Barstow CA. 14. My place has a clothes washer and dryer. 15. The park has not been sold again. 16. I live in Yermo. 17. I can't think of anymore likes or dislikes. Savoir-Faire is everywhere! The T1 Trust, T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, America's First HST |

Glad to hear that you feel better having had some solid food and some non-carbonated hydration. You can't live on snacks and pop. Thanks Chris S. Pop, yeah I have a few bottles, I'm thinking of pouring them down the drain, though so far I have not. Subsidence, the foundation under this manufactured home have not moved an inch since they were installed. Well I know what I was told, but no matter, I don't feel like debating this, I don't have the energy. My income will go up when I'm 62, by $236.00 a month, I know it's not a lot per month, but that is in the right direction at least, what the rest of My income will be like then? I have no idea. Well the gas furnace is working purrfectly, I set the furnace at 75F, the furnace shuts off when the furnace reaches 76F, not bad for a 30yr old furnace w/a new digital thermostat, and best of all the temp outside is 48F, Grace is happy, I had to get up use the bathroom, I'd went to bed at midnight, then get Her dry food out, after She'd eaten all Her canned dinner, then I worked on Her box since I was up, I added some more corn based litter to replace what was used, and by then the furnace had stopped.
