Ping, the sound of an M1 Garand's empty stripper clip being ejected.

The machine gun that goes Ping! ?

The M1 Garand is not a machine gun, it's a semi-automatic rifle from WWII, I've never fired one, the closet I've ever used is an M1A, which is the civilian version of the M14 rifle, though I qualified as a Sharpshooter w/an M16 in the US Army, in either semi automatic mode or in full auto.

Below is an M1 Garand, w/a sling attached, a bayonet in a scabbard, and what might be 3 ammunition stripper clips, w/some ammo.

As to operating an M1, I have no training with that weapon.

I'm waiting for an LA Rams(NFC) vs LA Chargers(AFC) Super Bowl, ramming speed!!!

When I was growing up, the Rams were the team in LA, the Chargers left before I knew about them.

We haven't even had winter yet. No snow, no freezing days.

There hasn't been snow here, since 2013, though it was not very much.

Snow on the mountains, both local and far off, which is still a bit out of My reach for the moment.

Same here, though I really don't want to be in the snow, the desert is just fine.

Not everyone can work, to suggest otherwise, is Crazy, and inhumane.

Work takes many forms. Cleaning your home is work, feeding your cat, fixing computers are also examples. Not all work is paid.
