Good trigger discipline. However so much showing off of the trigger discipline that it looks deliberate, perfectly new white shoes and hi-tops with no desert dust, scuffs etc. and open-toed shoes in the gravelly desert (ouch), perfect new clothing also inappropriate for the surroundings with no safety or shooting gear other than the actual firearms, perfect brilliant smiles, perfectly smoothed hair, perfectly groomed gravel foregound with no distracting litter or marks, etc.

My conclusion: staged. But opinions vary.

After a Federal firearms amnesty last year NSW Police and the state government have announced a statewide firearms amnesty.

Metropolitan Field Operations Deputy Commissioner Jeff Loy said police decided to hold another amnesty after the success of the national campaign last year.

“In 2017, we had nearly 8000 firearms surrendered for destruction – including 951 handguns and 5558 shotguns – with about 15,000 handed in for registration and 2100 handed in for sale,” he said.

People who have an unregistered firearm or related items can have it legally disposed of or registered between July 1 and September 30 this year.

“This is another opportunity for people to get rid of any firearm or firearm parts without the fear of prosecution," Deputy Commissioner Loy said.

Regional NSW Field Operations Deputy Commissioner Gary Worboys said the amnesty helps police address firearm theft.

I had no knowledge of this shooting as American media is so focused on liberal brainwashing of the masses the do not cover actual events. Of course I feel sympathy for those affected.

But might I point out that the much repeated 'mantra' of ban all guns and the draconian firearms laws in Australia did not stop this shooting. And will NEVER stop all evil intent. Where there's a will there's a way.

And again I will state, the 2nd Amendment will NEVER be repealed. PERIOD.

And again I will state, It's none of YOUR business unless your are a citizen of the United States of America, So save your rhetoric.

Well this is a discussion forum and surely people are (within the rules) allowed to comment on events that they feel are wrong, just because a person comes from outside your country does not make them wrong.

Rather than they having to hide your comments perhaps it is best it you hide all the comments from all the people you disagree with.

As to the 2nd Amendment, "never" is a long time, I have a feeling after you and I are long gone things will change I believe that.

Bernie, you and I will be forgotten dust and the 2nd Amendment will still be in effect or the United States of America will no longer exist.

As I've said many times I don't wish to control others will to not own or use firearms but in return I ask they don't try to control my LEGAL possession and use of the same inanimate objects.

The Anti-gunners don't wish to control the crazies that perpetrate crimes of violence or they would be screaming for enforcement of the laws already in effect for that purpose instead of releasing offenders 'early' that were convicted of gun related crimes. They want to pass regulations to prevent law abiding citizens from defending themselves, on an equal footing, from those crazies.

They don't understand the basic fact, proven daily, that criminals BY DEFINITION do not obey laws. If they want a gun, they will get a gun. Pandora cannot be put back in the box.

There will always be guns, there will always be crazies and preventing everyday Americans from defending themselves from those crazies will never be accepted by The People.
