Since Mark can't post here right now, I thought I would let you know that he posted at Boinc that Tigger seems to be ill. She has massively swollen lymph nodes and the numerous expensive tests done by the vet are not able to determine whether it's a fungal infection or cancer or something else. He is having meds shipped to him, which are neither approved nor disapproved by the vet. Tigger is 14 years old, but he seems to think she still has plenty of life left in her. Since Mark can't post here right now, I thought I would let you know that he posted at Boinc that Tigger seems to be ill. She has massively swollen lymph nodes and the numerous expensive tests done by the vet are not able to determine whether it's a fungal infection or cancer or something else. He is having meds shipped to him, which are neither approved nor disapproved by the vet. Tigger is 14 years old, but he seems to think she still has plenty of life left in her. I've had both dogs and cats live to be 17 or 18 years old, and they were backyard (outside) pets. Indoor pets such as Mark's should be able to live even longer. My sympathy and best wishes for Tigger. The only cat I ever really knew in my adulthood was inherited at my late partners passing. She was 21 when I had to have her released from 'this mortal coil' due to her failing health with no hope of recovery. I have not been emotionally able to let another one adopt me since that day.
