Went to a First Friday Art Show that my friends in the band 2 Nice Guys were playing at. They seemed to get more attention than the art on the walls. Afterwards, some of us went a few blocks to Main Street for the tail end of the monthly Blues, Brews, and BBQ event. Bumped (literally) into a local newscaster taking video of the concert, then a group of my high school classmates. Band was debuting a new CD, and had been on the local morning show today. Liked what I heard, bought all three of their CDs. Just finished loading them into iTunes. See, the outer shell, (the Police Public Call Box), of the TARDIS is a representation that "houses", (for lack of a better word), the outer doorway to/from the inside of the TARDIS. While Antimatter would make contact with the shell, the shell would then be shed away from the TARDIS itself. (Thus, closing off the doorway.) Then, at a press of a button, a new shell would be made to replace the old, and thus, keep the continuity of "Bigger on the inside..." So, in essence, for a moment, there would be no outer doorway for the TARDIS, then BLINK, it would be there again. :-) (Yes, the old shell would be destroyed by the Antimatter; but, it would be a futile attempt to destroy the TARDIS.) :-O TL [EDIT] Oh, yeah, the dream!!! I dreamed that I lost my Doctor WHO trench coat, and multi-colored scarf. zoom3+1=4 Volunteer tester Send message Joined: 30 Nov 03 Posts: 65759 Credit: 55,293,173 RAC: 49	Message 1688465 - Posted: 6 Jun 2015, 9:35:10 UTC Last modified: 6 Jun 2015, 9:36:37 UTC A funny thing happened on My way to bed, I was thinking of My Dad, where He was in 1944, I know He was in France, We even have a B&W picture of Him with the Eiffel Tower in the background, another shows Him in a Foxhole in front of a building marked '368th Medical'(I think He was doing something other than His main job, He was a Medic, rank of Corporal), another of Him was taken next to a captured Bf-110 Night Fighter(a twin engined plane with radar antennas/aerials protruding from the nose of the fighter). He was in N.Africa, Sicily, Anzio, N.France and Occupied Germany until Oct 1946, He was recommended for 2 commendations for His paperwork on Allied and POW patients, the 368th was was somehow attached to the US 3rd Army and I think the 368th Medical was a Battalion. He could drive a Jeep since He knew how to drive a stick, how to type(hunt and peck) and could be responsible for others(He was a route manager for a newspaper before enlisting in the US Army), one of My 3 cousins worked for Him. He wasn't normally a front line soldier, I think this was possibly cause of His eyesight, 20/50 and 20/100, I'm not even sure if He aimed the 1911, if He could hit anything, He wasn't a draftee, He signed up in 1942. In the 'foxhole pic' He was holding a model 1911 pistol and had an ammo belt on, He may have been either coming or going somewhere or this was done cause of wartime censorship, maybe, I really don't know and I can't ask Him. One of these days I need to get those pics and scan them into the PC, that and the letters He wrote, My younger niece has them.
