The 'Great American Desert my A*. There was a local charity run/walk this morning down my street. It was kind of inspiring to see how many participants there were in a downpour. I'm hoping to get my grass cut before I have to contract it out to a hay bale company. And we are expecting 1-4 inches of snow tonight. Springtime in the Rockies.......I wouldn't live anywhere else. I wish I could get through to some people when I try to tell them that the whole n word scene in Blazing Saddles was done entirely to make fun of the use of the n word. It is just a WORD, kids, and does NOT carry the connotations that some of you wish to damn it with. Black men use it on each other all the freaking time.
