lena, After being called an asshole and a pussy by tom, I believe 'piss off' to be a fairly reserved response. It's curious to me that my comment drew a condescending response from you, but that you felt you were not compelled to comment on what transpired earlier to provoke my comment to the very mature tom. Perhaps you could shed some light on this seeming contradiction? I really don't require a response from you.... it's just something I'm curious about. |

> . > . > .pssst,.... hey tom, .......... piss off > . > . I feel your pain, Paul. It can't be pleasant being shown to be devoid of reason and common sense. Perhaps your direct slam at me has drawn a little criticism because it made you look so bad. |

when you're done straightening your hat, and you can type with both hands again, perhaps you can practice your pompous bullshit again. |

I know Tom from his earlier posts, and even I don't agree with either him or you, as your local politics doesn't interest me at all, I think highly about his ability to cut through to the bone! And I might say, he had you undressed and made you present yourself as a not so intellectually superior person, as you think you are! By the way, every time I saw your first posts here about all your computer problems, you made me think of [url=http://www.unold.dk/itsupport.wmv]this!<a> Maybe I'm condescending towards you, but I'm not impressed by you! Tom, on the other hand, impress me with his logic and rhetorically skills. He shows that he's able to think himself where you hide your lacking intellect behind a pompous language and some quotes. By the way, the language in the sketch is Norwegian and I suppose it's just as understandable as your language, Paul! (Except for Norwegians and other Scandinavians!) |

I'm not here to impress you, lena, your link is unavailable to me, all I get is an error message. and I can assure you lena, I am not hiding behind anything, if I were two faced, would I be wearing this one? |

Lena, when I click on your link, WMP opens up but displays an error message about wrong file name or synatax. This is just an FYI. BTW, Paul's response was reserved and IMO, was barely offensive if at all. Have a good day. Account frozen... |

lena, Still, ....I get the same error message relating to syntax... perhaps you could just give voice to your intentions, and say what you mean instead of directing me on a somewhat circuitous path of discovery..... ....or, is the fact that you are aware that Mac users cannot access your reference intentional, .....and your intent was to make reference to something that I would not see? |

Sorry, but I'll have to wait till later, as it's very late here, and I need to go to bed soon! Short, I refered to your first appearence here where you had so many hardware problems, you asked advice for! It wasn't clear for a long time, what your hardware problems really was as it sometimes seemed like you have a new computer and other times like you have some obsolete computers, you were trying to run Seti on! You asked many many questions, and when someone tried to give your some advise, it seemed you always said yes, but..... You had me puzzled as I couldn't believe, it could be that hard! And the fact that you asked your questions here instead of on the question board or on Number crunching??? For me it looked like you wanted some attention, which you also confirmed by starting long posts in a language, you find interesting and intriguing, but only served the purpose to alienate you from others, as they gave up on you. I remember you became very annoyed when people started to question your motifs here, but no computers crunching, long posts with a language which was only showing off how intellectual, you wanted us to see you, how could we think other way! So, if you had started to read some of the older threads, you would have seen that there had been some incidents in the past(not so long time ago!) and you arrived in the middle of something that might be described as a war and which changed the boards here forever! So, it was hard for many of us not to think that you were just a clone of the former spammers/trolls. You asked for intelligent life here in your first post! It was hard to see you provide any yourself, your computerproblems and your strange responses to some of the posts, using a language incomprehensible to many here, a very esoteric sense of humour that almost noone understood, and numbers and numbers of quotes! A big show off to me, it was! I tried to explain to you how I felt about your language, but I don't know if you understood! I could give you several examples of quibbles in the Danish language, which I'm sure noone here really bother to read about, even yourself, so why ramble on about the English language? This is an international board, not only for you who have English as your native language, so I think you've lost a lot of readers then. Just as I would if I in every thread start to write about my fads. WordWeaver did it with Bible quotes, you did it with foreign words and synonyms. Now you have started to discuss some topics, I'm not really interested in, as I live in an another country with a different view on politics, but, since we in Europe, for good and for bad, are connected to the policy in the US of A, I have skimmet the posts! Also the above! Some of your responses to Tom were just as rude as those of his, you were complaining about and your logic didn't hold! And your last post, which I commented on, for me it looked like a small child (ironically there was a pic of one!) defeated in your arguments and logic, turn around and say what we here in Denmark would say "Æv bæv bussemand, sure tær i saftevand!" hardly translated to "Sucks to you!" (That's what I found in my dictionary!) So that was what I was referring to with my "How mature" comment! The sketch was a comment about your ongoing "Yes, but...." to every suggestion to your computerproblems, and it's still beyond me why you chosed to post your questions here instead of on the question board or in Numbers crunching! People here was nice and gave you some answers, which you finally took! But you had many people here puzzled for a long time! Hope this will answer you! I won't elaborate on the politically part, as I'm not interested in politics, and I think Tom already have discussed with you! |

It's the one with the monks. One monk showing the other monk how to use a book. |

That would be impossible unless the pics are hosted by SETI. Your browser will DL them directly from the source. This has been brought up many times before. |

I feel sooo much safer, I suppose the "unbreakable" encryption will make it impossible to make a fake ID. It doesn't mean a thing. It's just window dressing, to look like they can do something. It took all of what, 10 minutes to counterfit the new $20. I give these new IDs a month, and that is for a functional one. Still looking for something profound or inspirational to place here. |
