This involves placing a big rubber bag over the building, after it is cleared of all larger life, then pumping concentrated sulphur dioxide in and leaving sealed for 1 hours. No moths, nor any other bug, can/will/do survive this treatment. After the bag is removed, the CafÃ© is well aired, then cleaned and the shelves, fridges, etc, are restocked with beer, liquors and sandwiches and cakes.
