Julie, glad to see you have your escape planned :-)

I hope the pain is subsiding (aided by the beer...) x

Escape? I wish... but I wouldn't get far with all those tubes hanging out of me.
The combination of the beer and the painkillers was something else though.

Yes it was nice to be outside. I'm fed up with the view of the room. I had to be pushed in a chair though, still some tubes hanging out of me. I'm so bored and I have to stay here till monday, awful. Lucky for me they have internet...

All the local hospitals have wifi, but none have beer in the cafeteria - not even Budweiser. We are so deprived.

Heal quickly, and fully.

Nick, since help is hard to find here, I have been picking like crazy.
It seems the Wombats are having a spitting contest. The Koalas are serving, but what help was asigned to pit the Cherries for the pies, etc pp?

I wounder if Angies Raccoons could be of some assistance here, I believe they
have the ideal cherry picking and stoning hands....I know if I get involved
then it would end up, "pick two eat one of them"?

Just had a good visit from my mom and my grandpa. Had me some beer in the cafetaria, Stella Artois.

Aah, medicinal beer, the best kind of beer :)

I'm also trying too look positive at it but being in hospital on your birthday isn't all that and I'm all alone today, no visitors. Luckily I have you guys to keep me company:)

That's really cruel, not having "real" visitors on your birthday.
However this gang over here (where ever "here" is) will try to keep you company

First, find enough flowers....

Happy homegoing birthday then Julie!

Oh and help yourself to cake and coffee, I only just managed to snatch almost everthing away from Sirus B. He held on to a full plate though.

Well...back home again. Still in a great deal of pain though but the kids were so happy to see me and that makes everything good. Now I will enjoy a good wine and relax in front of the television and watch a good movie. Tomorrow is shopping day. Thanx for the birthday wishes guys:)

Great to hear you've escaped hospital.
I bet the kids are delighted to have Mum home. Don't do too much, we don't want you having any setbacks (nor do the kids...)

I know, for the next three weeks I have to keep it calm, the doctor says. No running, no sports, no swimming...*sigh*
