Still no snow here, just the remains of the dusting we had 2 days ago. Just freezing again, now down at -7C and going to fall further.

The news reports state massive jams and slow crawls all over the country, particularly from Nottingham down the M1 and to the M25.

W
e got another 3-4" in the night, so snow now is about a foot deep in places and compacted into ice in others. The roads are hell, it's freezing cold and I don't want to be here any more * sob *

Ditto

Say If the roads are Hell, Why is It then so danged cold? ;) Must be a few frozen demons in Hell by now. :)

It's raining here and My DSL has gone up and down.

Yer probably right there Vic.

All the rest of the tumble weed fraternity are stuck in deep drifting snow on their local Turnpikes (just like in the UK)

Winning whilst wondering whether to go to my local computer fair. Hasn't snowed since yesterday but what is there is nicely frozen.

However one of my crunchers needs some first aid and parts are cheap.

Decisions decisions!!

I'm 10 miles from Heathrow and 21 miles from Gatwick, or Gatport Airwick as we call it locally. Nothing is moving at either of them. Main roads and bus routes are clear here but side roads are no go. The A3 was almost impassable yesterday at Guildford but webcams now show the A3 is clear from London to Portsmouth. Dunno about local roads down there though.

Hampshire webcams

Let Me know If You see any Mammoths walking past in the webcams. LOL ;)

Why am I up? My stomach is upset.

Besides I'm trying to figure out how to power 4 GTX295 cards in one case, Most psus will only handle 3, But a 4th, Maybe the Silverstone ST1500 1500w would do?

Scratch that Jonny Guru has a review here, So the ST1500 would do nicely, Pricey thing though.

Well I took the plunge. As you can see not as bad as everyone makes out

The car:

Main roads were clear if very slushy, car is even dirtier now than in the pic.

OK now down to trying to get 3299818 working again.

Is it too early to start wishing people a Merry Christmas? Can I use that word here? Or should I say Happy Holidays.
