You should look in this thread Here, Seti has limits on how many files can be downloaded at once, Meaning the bandwidth Seti uses to send and retrieve work units can sometimes be maxed out. But don't quit, As there are a lot of users and You should get some work units and/or a better explanation in the thread I pointed You to.

You should tell us which files get those errors. Do they happen to be image files (jpg...)?

I haven't gotten any work units for weeks now Seti is always down, it tells me internet connection is ok but seti might be down for maintenance.

You should tell us which files get those errors. Do they happen to be image files (jpg...)?

ShadowStalker's systems which have download errors showing all refer to:

<file_name>setiathome_6.03_windows_intelx86.exe</file_name>

Some have the -200 error for wrong size, others the -120 error for signature verification failed.

Although the list of computers active within the last 30 days shows 10, my guess is there are actually only two systems which have gotten new host IDs several times. Host 5456089, created July 10, has 28 credits granted and its Application details indicate one task completed for SETI@home Enhanced 6.03. IOW, that host did have the executable, but on July 17 was trying and failing to download it. Perhaps ShadowStalker reset the project hoping that would help getting assigned work downloaded through the saturated S@H download link.
