$1.485 to the pound. :(

Doesn't look like I'll be buying a new computer any time soon.

At least You are not being billed for DSL twice, Once from DSL Extreme(My current ISP @ $17.83) and once from Verizon(My former ISP @ 21.99), Right now I have to wait for Verizon Billing to open as this is the 2nd month this has happened and once again I'm not paying the $21.99 again.

Winning while giving you an amazing web page. Click and drag your mouse around. Scroll with your scroll button.

Well worth the click! If you haven't seen Michelangelo's work in person, this is the next best way to see it.

360 degree view. I've always wondered where the tithings go. Now I know! Also while clicking the link, go to full screen by pressing F11.

Message 997009 - Posted: 19 May 2010, 0:21:12 UTC

I'm starting to recover financially, My account is in the black once again, I've got a new temporary debit card(in Red, Permanent one is on the way) and I lowered the price on the house to $9,999.00 from $12,000.00, I'd gotten some people asking cause they'd seen a flyer put out by My Real Estate agents, But so far not much else, yet, The agents have until Sept 17th 2010 before the contract expires(It will have been listed for 1 year then).

I'm also getting My house listed on Trulia, I had to look up the cost and It's Free, Zillow will cost $9.95 once every 6 months of course, I'll have to see If It's worth It.

Dish Network refunded Me $1.09 and supposedly they'll be refunding Me another $21.12, At one point It was to be $20.03, The amount I was owed was $22.44 at one point then It became tax the refund(this was after I sent the receiver and a remote in as they'd asked), I'm not going back to them ever, I'd rather have cable TV or even Direct TV, It's not the taxes so much as the constant delays in giving Me a refund. Oh and I filed an online complaint with the cpuc(I don't know if I'll get any results, But I thought I'd do It anyway, As It's not cable here[California Public Utilities Commission]).

That is a beautiful drive Andy. Since you are so close, will you visit Mono Lake too? It is worth the little detour.

Yes, we have a night at Lee Vining to do Mono & a quick trip up to Bodie before Yosemite.

There is no quick trip to Bodie. Last couple of miles of the road are dirt and I'm advise you to go slow if you want to keep the fillings in your teeth.

Not to mention keeping the car intact, Like an axle, tranny or the engine itself.

It's not that bad!

Just remember the last three miles aren't at a mile a minute, more like 10 minutes a mile.

If anyone has extra time and they are on US 395, almost any side road up into the Sierra will take you to a beautiful place.

Andy, I would skip Bodie and spend the extra time at Mono and Yosemite.

Good evening everyone!

Andy Worth recently announced here that his travel plans this summer involve some time in the SF Bay Area. Andy and his traveling companion have arranged for a Seti tour at 4pm on Sunday 6/20 at the Space Sciences Lab in Berkeley. Afterward there will be a barbecue at our home, along with an evening of Raccoon Feeding and General Raccoon Entertainment. Any friends of Andy who can get to the Bay Area that Sunday are most cordially invited to join us for the tour and barbecue. We are calling this little celebration "Andyfest USA"!

Uli has already reserved the guest room in our home, but if you need a place to stay, I can help make arrangements.

If you and your significant others wish to attend, RSVP by pm to me and I will send you all the details.

Fondly,
Angela

P.S. Only two things could potentially cause a change in plans. The first is that darn volcano. The second is the fact that I have a very ill brother who may need me at short notice. Barring bad news from either source, we are going full steam ahead with party planning!!!
