I drove all the way out there and they sent me away saying that the rules are changing in a couple of weeks and people from the UK no longer need to sit the road test!! Busy as heck, had a good deputy friend of mine get into a fight with some drugged out punk, then had some officers get into a foot pursuit of some idiots who stole a car battery, of all things.
