I hardly drink anymore. But I'll tell you something: I only drink in the late evening. Oh, occasionally the early evening, but usually the late evening - or the mid-evening. Just the early evening, mid evening and late evening. Occasionally, early afternoon, early mid-afternoon, or perhaps the late-midafternoon. Oh, sometimes the early-mid-late-early morning. . . But never at dusk! Never at dusk, I never do that. Very much.

With apologies and all due credit to Steve Martin.

Yeah You got It worse there, Recently I dropped the price on the house to $12,000 and hopefully that'll attract a buyer, I also renewed the contract until 09/17/2010 too, If It doesn't I've got a plan, Now I just need to stick to It until November. :D

Didn't you have it on at $20,000 - that's a hell of a drop! I know for sure you'd have looked into it, but can you still get enough finance on a new place if you drop that far?

I'd dropped the price to $17,500 for a while too, It's just almost dead out here, I learned recently from the Manager that a place near Me had sold for much less than the $17,500 I had the place for sale for, So I dropped the price, As to a down payment, I'm looking at a place in a nearby area that's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home w/a garage that's going for $57,750 right now, There I only need 1% down as the area has a down payment assistance program(If I'm able to sell the house for at least $5,000 I'll put some of It into the place(the park would buy My current place as they would love renting It out($600 a month, Utilities excluded), Once November arrives and My place hasn't sold and I've got the other place in escrow(If It hasn't been sold or withdrawn, the Bank has had offers, But being a Bank is slow to respond) I'll ask the Manager to ask the park's owner to make Me an offer), Like New Windows and Exterior Door Weatherstripping, plus a low maintenance gravel(w/landscape fabric under the gravel) yard around the house which shouldn't cost much as there isn't much left since the place has a good amount of concrete already), Of course that means from July to November I have to save at least $742.00(Do some needed work on the Car until June, July is partly for saving and a Carport anchor), Part of the $742 is $165 for Elec and Gas deposits, Phone I'd just transfer(DSL too hopefully), Water & Trash shouldn't be a problem as I had accounts there and they have records of Me there still. Yeah Its a drop alright, the agent said It should get some offers now, I also upped the commission on the house from 6% to 8% to compensate the agents(a Husband and Wife team). So does this sound good?

Thanks Andy. This month I have some tiring stuff to get done(front 2 tires, Should have them on Monday and then to arrange to get them installed), Next month It's a 150cfm 120x25mm Delta fan, taxes on house, a cat box(Littermaid) and paying the savings back for the fee the bank blindsided Me with for buying a PC part out of the country(next time Paypal to get around that, a transfer adds another 4 days to the transaction, The fee? $3.53). In any case It's been raining here overnight, It was nice to hear that as there was almost no wind and I don't like wind all that much, Hence the anchors(below) for the carport in July.
