broken computer (not mine)

I will assume the guy isn't actually sitting there aborting all these manually. The computer seems to be in a very broken state, it keeps downloading and aborting WU after WU after WU. At a minimum it is wasting a lot of bandwidth. What could cause a system to repeatedly report WU's as being "aborted by user" ? The servers don't seem to be able to throttle down this computer either, it still has a quota of 100/day. ID: 946523 ·

ERR_UNSTARTED_LATE -233 BOINC will abort tasks that have not started yet and are over the deadline. Soooooo....., even though not the familiar "Time Out", I'm banking his clock is messed up. Would be nice if his quota would drop to zero to save the bandwidth. It'll pop back up if-n-ever he fixes his calendar. ID: 946524 ·
