Next thread in the series.... This is one series I wish could be canceled....LOL. Still looking good according to the server status page, but no comms with the scheduler...either some hardware is broken or one more switch needs to be kicked.... Well, I may just be able to survive... Good thing I keep a 10 day cache. Rough count puts the Frozen Nehi alone at about 410 completed WUs ready to phone home with. And about 380 or so for the Tropical Penny. "Time is simply the mechanism that keeps everything from happening all at once." |

Well, I may just be able to survive... Good thing I keep a 10 day cache. Amazing what you can whisk up with those two. Do you have informal names for your other rigs? 30 tasks now. 30 tasks x 45 credits (assuming average)= 1,350 credits for me. 800 tasks x 45 credits (assuming average)= 36,000 credits for you. Amazing. - Luke. |

Well, I may just be able to survive... Good thing I keep a 10 day cache. Naw....just the fastest rigs get all the glory....the rest are just hard working Intel core 2 crunchers.... But they are real workhorses.....take a lickin' and keep on tickin'.... "Time is simply the mechanism that keeps everything from happening all at once." |

Bummer...once the problem gets solved the pipes are going to get really clogged, which will present its own set of problems... I've got 235 WUs ( long & short ) waiting to report on my QX6700 and another 140 ( virtually all small )on the T7500...oh well, I'll be fine as long as my chache holds out... |

Still nothing here, guess the higher the ping you have to the servers, the worse your chances to get a connection during heavy traffic... What if Fiction was Fact and Fact was Fiction and vice versa? |

The download tubes will be clogged, but the uploads should be fine. Afraid not. All that downloading means there's plenty of uploads in the way of acknowledgements etc. Just noticed my uploads were no longer working, checked the network graphs & the download flood has begun. Given the length of the outage, and the large amount of short work lately, i expect it'll be at least 6 hours before i can upload or download. Thanks to whoever went in a got things going again.
