I think you got a tech who didn't know .........., and that was twice. (I will let you fill in the blanks) all they want to do is make you spend money instead of doing their job. As for today's weather it was 33°F or about 0°C It snowed all day and at times the visibility was less than .25 miles or .40 Kilometers.We have over a foot of snow on the ground at this time with more to come. The weather has gone back to mild & wet here. A balmy 10C this morning and drizzle. Was clear and calm most of the day but I am not liking this cold. :( The weather people are saying that we (Vancouver) are in line for the first white Christmas in over four decades. Just getting back to normal after spending 6 days without power due to a massive ice storm. Its 17°F and big fluffy snowflakes are falling. A foot of new snow fell last night and another foot is expected tomorrow. It looks like we'll be having a white Christmas here!
