You are in a more Geologically active area than the UK, Richard.

Although the UK has over 1,000 "quakes" each year, most of them are never noticed. It is only the occasional one we get. I have felt 2 in the 25 years we have been living here.

Nice to live in one of the world's least Geologically active places.

Just shows how much attention a relatively minor quake gets in an area that is so quiet, re quake tremors.

Couple of days ago we had an earthquake on the eastern side of Nevada, close to the Nevada/Utah border, in a town called Wells. Its a small town, a bit historic, and it was a 6.0 magnitude quake. Crumbled quite a bit of the old style brick houses. They declared a state of emergency for it.

You're glum!

I'm glum!

I have 135 WU results to report and everything is stuck.

I hope all is sorted soon.

The Mardi Army is due in about 17.00 hours UTC to start their day.

They'll have it fixed soon enough. Things have started to move as the new machine managed to pick up a couple of WUs which at least gives it something to do - and proves it is working ok!

I'm going out for a meal, no doubt by the time I get back all the machines will have reported back, my RAC will be up and I will have busted the 100,000 barrier :)

Good to see you've broken through the 100K, and got some WUs for the new rig.

All my WUs wating to report did so, but the Cricket graphas, and U/Ling and D/Ling, is still proving difficult. Looks like it will take some hours to settle down yet.

Live long, BOINC and crunch!
