I went on what turned out to be a long drive in the country. I crossed one ferry, drove 3/4 of the way around a very large island, crossed another ferry, drove all the way down a long peninsula, then over a long bridge and that brought me back home. This is the season for country drives I tell you, they can be a lot of fun. :) Thanks for the potato pancake recipe, Snow. I'll definitely give it a try! A light summer snack might be best for today.
