Todays Lunar Eclipse will be visible throughout most of Europe and Eastern North America. (VERY eastern!)

I have been looking for Video feeds and the like from different places around the globe, but am having trouble. The main NASA site most web searches lists does not come up for me.

If you have any good links, please post them here.

Here is one that I have found so far.

K1 Observatory, Isfahan, Iran
Lunar Eclipse 2007

PS I know the pic are "Phases of the Moon" and a "Solar Eclipse" , But they are such cool GIFs!

yeah all the links seem to be down...probably heavy traffic...but luckily for me it's happening live outside .....almost complete now....

I have say there's something almost primeval watching it....makes you realise how insignificant we are in the universe...

There's cloudy with fog here, so I doubt I'll be able to see any moon at all...

...once again, the West Coast gets screwed by fate.

The North American West Coast along with the entire Pacific Ocean and our good friend Red Atomic, will get the next one on Tuesday August 28th 2007.

Most of North and South America will have to wait until Thursday February 21st 2008

Unfortunately no...:(

And didn't realise my other camera was out of batteries...

I'm sure the BBC website will have some pictures taken by viewers in UK soon...

The moon looks smaller than usual, probably because there's no glare like normal and it has a reddish tinge to it....the totality is supposed to last till 23.28 UTC which quite surprised me because for some reason, seeing the speed with which it got eclipsed I expected it to start to appear in at the same speed....which is what will happen once it's out of the umbra.

Well enjoy this one and be ready for the next. Visible in the UK Feb.21/08.
