I don't know what model it is but the software link on the site takes you here http://www.weatherconnect.com/ I've got a Lacrosse 2310 but it's not very good. You will also need some extra software to upload the stats to a webpage if you want to go down that route. Some update every few seconds in real time, others upload every 10 minutes or so. This is a realtime one on the South UK coast which uses Weather Display Live S/W http://www.isleofwightweather.com/live/wdlive.htm I'd just like it if I could get the stats to show up on my computer.
