Booker's is a 'small batch' bourbon... which means they bottle it straight from the barrel, uncut and unfiltered... IIRC, it's aged between 6 and 8 years, and the proof winds up between 121 and 127... Booker's was created by Booker Noe, one of Jim Beam's grandsons, as a signature sipping bourbon.
