Wow. My first post to SETI and it's in the
Sulking
thread/forum.
This isn't the
Skulking
thread/forum?
Let's see...
After experiencing the Rip VanWinkle effect of waiting for all of the Avatars, jpeg's, gif's and formatted text to load on a dial-up connex >sulk< big sigh >/sulk< I see we have all of the fine traits that the top of the universal food chain should be proud of.::remembering this is SET"I"::
(compilelist)
(beginsulk)
bigotry
racism
bickering
vandalism
(copyphoto)
(alterphoto)
(pastephoto)
(endcopyalterpastephoto)
bookburning
manic depression
(endsulk)
(endcompilelist)

Of course it's all in good fun.

Alright...thanks

the church of the FLYING SPAGHETTI MONSTER is at His High Holy Noodliness

my Atlas avatar is from Rockefeller center in NYC . I have a film photo of it that my sis took with me actually climbing on the statue from a couple of years ago and want to upload that when I get a copy. But there are a ton of Atlas statues with photographs out there. I had some of my 'underlings' (lol...this is a joke) did that particular one up for me. It's in my profile. I just started construction on my profile after posting in SETI forums for 5 YEARS.

ps I don't know who keeps minusing you. I am not doing that. I think maybe some people don't like you associating with me? LOL.

Or maybe I need to go over to the marijuana paranoia thread for a while.

It just seems everytime I talk to you or vice versa you get flamed. You're not in a cult are you? :-)

Cult of Personality, eh?

Oh yeah, and by the by...
I see a lot of "quoting" in various posts.
Not that I want to deviate from the pseudo gloomy nature of the thread, but
just how is that done? The BBCode tags are rather sparse in as such I don't want to have to dig out my old "HTML 4.0 for dummies" just to spruce things up a bit.

>sigh<

::guesses he's one of those 10 people::

Oh sorry, sulking, not manic depressive.

When you click the 'reply button' there's an option link there for you to click that shows you how to use BBC code.

when quoting someone all you have to do is type the following. There is going to be a space in this because if I omit that then it would become a quote that you wouldn't be able to see. Also, there's a thread here someplace called 'BBC code testings' or something like that where you can play around.

Actually it was the combination of <!br>,<!/br> and <!blockquote><!/blockquote> that Captain Avatar had used in his reply 5 posts down from here.
Just curious, but thank you.

...Begins flipping through worn-out pages looking for "tags" while simutaneously searching for for BBCode thread.
