Wish List? How about sending out more work units at a time? My computer frequently runs out of work and then I must wait for the rare occasion when the Boinc/Seti web site is actually operational :) If more work was allocated to each computer (instead of 1 or 2 work units at a time), I know that I could be more productive.

You can adjust your connect to network setting to get more work. However there is a finite work supply, unlike seti classic work is not reissued just because there is no new work available.

As it is stated in the rules and procedures.....

Other BOINC projects
Other projects use the same platform, BOINC, as SETI@home. You may want to consider participating in one or more of these projects. By doing so, your computer will do useful work even when SETI@home has
no work available for it.

Rtyme -

You can receive more work at once by going to your account, and under "Edit General Preferences" change the "Connect to network about every" to a higher value - mine is set at 5 days. What this means is that you will always have enough work to last for 5 days (or however long of a time period you put in here), based on your system speed (determined by benchmark).

I keep mine set to ten days but once when i tested it with the 'No New Work' button it ran out in six, any thoughts? The benchmarks are up to date.

that's simply because the benchmark is an estimate, and the "time to complete" is an estimate, if the benchmark runs while you are using your computer, then it will be lower than if it ran when it was idle

and besides, it can just try to get more work when it runs out
