You're right Mr. anon. US citizens don't understand their Constitution well enough.

And it's not helping Europe that the everyday voters didn't really know their own proposed constitution either. (Then again, it isn't exactly a newspaper clipping.) While there are bits that irk me, in general it solves a lot of institutional problems and would probably boost growth rates within a short time of adoption simply because of regained investor confidence in a more united Europe.
