Didn't find anything specific on cluster clots, but I know a stroke is caused by a clot blocking a blood vessel in the brain. Obviously you do not have full blockage and your taking blood thinners which not only prevent the blockage from growing, but in most cases, start dissolving it as well.

Again, I don't see a miracle or divine intervention. I see MAN striving to better himself and succeeding.

I meant complex or unusual in the way that I described how I might see things sometimes. Heh, I always thought of Lucifer as the cool angel that got thrown out of heaven for doing things that you and me might consider to be normal. And that God just exaggerated things a bit.
