| Personal background |
Since 1970 I have worked on, operated, cussed at more computers large and small than I care to think about. I have helped more users getting started (mid to late 80\\'s) PC\\'s and worked both open and closed networks. In 2000 My Dear Wife found Seti. Since that point in time I have helped others get started, reach goals and hopefully will contribute to the Science that is being done.

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
1. I have the resources to help.
2. Communications is still lacking after all these years. But then I have worked to help with communications between users and Seti.
3. Communications... Without communications people quit and you never knew there was a problem or why they quit. There is nothing here that can't be overcome, communications makes it work.
