This let me resume my Omega-3's and Black CUMIN Seed Oil, yesterday. Tonight, I resume my Aspirin regimen of two 325mg Tablets. (This reduces/eliminates nasal polyps in my nose and sinus cavities.) I also resumed my Turmeric yesterday. I will resume SuperBeets today for Blood Pressure control. Turmeric - 1500mg Capsules, 1 BiD. Black CUMIN Seed Oil - 2000mg Gelcaps, 2 BiD. Generic Lovaza, (Omega-3 Gelcaps) - 1000mg Gelcaps, 2 BiD. SuperBeets crystals/powder - 1 level scoop/tsp once a day, for Blood Pressure Control. Aspirin, 325mg Tablets - 2 in the evening, at bedtime. The Turmeric is just a good supplement to be taking, no specific purpose for me. The Black CUMIN Seed Oil is for Eczema and 'Cardiovascular Properties'. The Omega-3's are for Hypertriglyceridemia. SuperBeets seems to be working for me. I've been on it since May.
