Keep at it, Scott. You will be walking normally again in no time.... 11-8-2022 at 6:25 AM - PDT Thanks, Carlos. :-) I've finished the Xarelto, (blood thinner), on Sunday. This let me resume my Omega-3's and Black CUMIN Seed Oil, yesterday. Tonight, I resume my Aspirin regimen of two 325mg Tablets. (This reduces/eliminates nasal polyps in my nose and sinus cavities.) I also resumed my Turmeric yesterday. I will resume SuperBeets today for Blood Pressure control. Turmeric - 1500mg Capsules, 1 BiD. Black CUMIN Seed Oil - 2000mg Gelcaps, 2 BiD. Generic Lovaza, (Omega-3 Gelcaps) - 1000mg Gelcaps, 2 BiD. SuperBeets crystals/powder - 1 level scoop/tsp once a day, for Blood Pressure Control. Aspirin, 325mg Tablets - 2 in the evening, at bedtime. The Turmeric is just a good supplement to be taking, no specific purpose for me. The Black CUMIN Seed Oil is for Eczema and 'Cardiovascular Properties'. The Omega-3's are for Hypertriglyceridemia. SuperBeets seems to be working for me. I've been on it since May. Had to stop it for the knee surgery. TL TimeLord04 Have TARDIS, will travel... Come along K-9! Join Calm Chaos |

Keep working at getting better. Myself, I prefer to add the various healthy herbs and spices into my own cooking: Yum! Enjoy!! See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

Posting early on a Hump Day morning wondering what I'll do today. A coffee to start with may help. Cheers. |

I'm taking a pirate's break from turning over 6-16yr old compost and there's heaps of worms in it (though I do feel sorry for churning and chopping them about). I started a new pile 2 months ago with the <6yr old stuff that I flipped off the top of the original pile and its taking the grass clippings from this mow season. Cheers. |

Posting on a Good Friday morning as I'm about to do my usual wander about the village before mowing the yard again as more rain is due. Anyhow time for a coffee before I get going. [edit] Well that's my wandering done and I'm all square with the world again. Now I just have to wait for this dew try dry so I can begin mowing. Cheers. |

Recovering after far too much procedural hot air of non-alignment of a short term uncoordinated greedy grab vs actually having a workable plan... Very glad not to have gun totting wannabe cowboys with guns in this country!! Hans Solo fired first? I'm just having a very short beer break after just running out of fuel (after 2hrs of mowing) with the lane and a strip down the middle of the backyard still to do. I don't know what I was doing as I usually have it done before that happens. Anyhow I better have this beer and get back to it. Cheers. |

Happy brisk morning sunrise. It was 36f with fog wisps rising from the water. In the distance shotguns. It's still duck season. |
