Yes, she is rather good. And somewhat more persuasively 'diplomatic' than that possible from a purely 'engineering' approach... Hopefully, no more 'frustrations' from that group! See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

Well our sunny morning didn't last and a few showers are now floating about (I just hope that they keep floating elsewhere), but I did get upstairs and downstairs vacuumed up and the bed stripped down. Now to enjoy my last coffee break for the morning before flipping the mattress over and putting fresh sheets on. By then it should be pretty close to LLB time (which I may take at the top pub, unless it rains). ;-) Cheers. |

10-27-2022 at 9:40 AM - PDT I've been home since the afternoon of the 25th. All went smoothly for the left knee operation. I am in some discomfort, but am performing my daily exercises. I'm 'icing' the area with a frozen pad on and off. I'm walking with a walker. I'm glad I have it. I'm able to stand straight and 'tall', (5' 4.5"), and am able to sit at the table where I've placed Hackintosh Andromeda. (Now typing this message.) All-In-All, I think things are going rather well. :-) I'm taking Norco, (Hydrocodone), for pain. (325mg tablets.) I take this every 4 Hours, as needed. I've been able to step down from two pills to one pill. I'm also on Mobic, (an anti-inflammatory, 15mg tablets, one daily), and Xarelto, (a blood thinner, 10mg daily.) After I finish the now, 10 remaining day course of Xarelto, I can restart taking my aspirin at two 325mg tablets once a day, and my Omega-3 Gelcaps at 1g each, (two in the AM and two in the PM), and my Black CUMIN Seed Oil. (Two 2000mg Gelcaps twice daily.) Finally I'll be able to restart my turmeric, 1500mg twice daily. My BP is up because I had to stop SuperBeets for the operation. In 10 days time, I get to restart that, as well. TL TimeLord04 Have TARDIS, will travel... Come along K-9! Join Calm Chaos |

Good luck for your recovery. Go forth gently and keep with the MD's orders! Aside: For myself, I've found this series to be highly enlightening... In all punnable meanings of being enlightened!! Enjoy: ZOE Health and Nutrition (Those people are all medics and also insist if on medication you always check first with your own MD before making any changes. Small gentle steps always good first!) Always good to learn fun good new ways :-) Good luck! See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

Great to hear things went well with your op and that you are getting on with the process of recovery and recouperation. Just watch out for the physco terrorists who will attempt to inflict pain upon you...... In the mean time just keep taking the tablets. I was hoping to mow again today, but after a yard inspection I've decided to let this sunshine and wind have another day of drying it out a bit more as it's still boggy in a few spots. Anyhow I'm sure that I'll find something else today and something may come to mind while I have my 2nd coffee break of the morning. Cheers. |

Posting on a sunny Saturday morning while enjoying a coffee break. Well the mower is ready to go so I'm now just waiting on the heavy dew to dry (which should be gone in the next hour or so) to tame my yard again. Cheers. |
