Misery loves company, pain got Me up, some salt induced and I needed 2 pain pills for My right arm which should last 8hrs.

If I took some naproxen sodium I'd be in less pain, but I'd then have a suppressed immune system, isn't OA wonderful? /s

I forced myself back to bed at 2:30 and actually fell back to sleep some time around 3:15... Just got up again about 20 Min. ago. Sometimes, (like this morning), I can make this work; other times, I'm just up for the rest of the day.

I slept very well between the clock going off at six and when I was supposed to be leaving the house at 7 :\ Fortunately my dishevelment was forgiven simply on the grounds that I turned up.

Yeah someones car alarm woke Me this time, so there are 3 cars and mine looks ok, thankfully it wasn't mine going off.
