My stepmom's dachshund "Sister" was on my chest holding me down while licking my face. I wasn't going anywhere or seeing the tv.

Grace likes being on My chest or on My left shoulder, but then She's no hot dog since I have 1/4 inch clawmarks a dog can't leave.

Posting after dinner!

FANTASTIC NEWS!!!

New toy will be ready to start Crunching in the next few days. (Christmas was good this year!!!)

[New Hackintosh:]

i7 7700K
CoolerMaster Hyper212 EVO cemented with Arctic MX-4 Paste
32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4-CL14 2400MHz RAM
Gigabyte GA-H270-HD3 MOBO
Lite-On ATAPI DVD-Burner
Silverstone FS303B 3-Bay Hot Swap Bay
Two Samsung 860 Pro 1TB SSDs - One for MacOS, One for Windows 7 Pro x64
One MacVidCards' GTX-1070 8GB GDDR5 VRAM GPU
One EVGA GTX-1050 2GB GDDR5 VRAM GPU
Fenvi FV-T919 WiFi AC & Bluetooth 4 PCI-e x1 Card - Works in both Windows and Mac
Rosewill E-ATX Case - 5 140mm Case Fans
Corsair HX750i Platinum 750 Watt PSU

Found that the Double Wide GPUs do NOT accommodate having three GPUs attached to the MOBO in the available PCI-e Slots. I'm NOT into Riser Cards/Cables, so the System will remain a Dual GPU Setup. The limitation is at the Middle PCI-e Slot whereby the Double Wide 1050 comes right up to the "lower"/Third PCI-e Slot. A third GPU IS physically possible, (due to the extra room in the E-ATX Case), BUT because the middle GPU butts up against the third PCI-e Slot, heat from the third GPU would affect the middle GPU. I DON'T want that to happen.

[EDIT:]

Forgot to mention, I got the Mac Profile set to iMac 18,3 - a 27" iMac with Retina Display. (Though I have NO retina Display, just an ASUS VE228 22" Monitor connected via HDMI Cable.)

[EDIT 2:]

Also forgot to mention that with this New Hackintosh, I will be renaming the Mac Pro 5,1 back to Daedalus, and the New Hackintosh will take the Andromeda name. This means Editing the ClientState.xml Files in both machines to get the appropriate BOINC SETI@Home ID Numbers to each machine.

I'm getting a psu upgrade via paypal credit asap, the money I normally pay in, it's for a used Enermax MaxRevo 1500w Gold rated psu that I won in an auction for My PC, now I just need another 16GB of Corsair Vengeance 1866MHz ram in Red(2*8GB) Dimms, but the ram will have to wait until April I think. The Gold psu replaces a Silver rated psu. I get to then install the Xeon E5-1650v2 6 core cpu and the uninstalled Captain 360EX cpu cooler w/3 Noctua Industrial 120x25mm 3000rpm fans. I'll have 32GB in My PC.

Enermax 1500w 180mm x 150mm x 81mm
Silverstone 1500w 220mm x 150mm x 81mm

How much per month? I don't know, if I'd had $300-$400 I'd have bought a new Rosewill Tokamak 1500w psu.

Bidding got to $66.00, it would have been higher, but My bid was in the last 1 minute so I'd get the psu.

My current Silverstone 1500w psu does put out some heat and is older tech from 2009 that only has 110A @ 12v, the Enermax has 125A @ 12v and is from 2012, the Tokamak is from 2015.

All 3 psus are 100% modular.

---------------------------Multi Rail psus---------------------------
Silverstone Strider ST1500S 1500w psu(Enhance psu, no power switch like on the Tokamak)

Enermax MaxRevo 1500w psu(looks like a 1350 unit, CWT psu)

---------------------------Single Rail psu---------------------------
Rosewill Tokamak 1500w psu(Enhance psu)

I like tamales, yum, but then I grew up eating them from time to time, mom would buy the XLNT brand, recently I had some with corn husks around them, delicious.

Vic if that gold power supply doesn't save you at least $1.00 per month it is a bad business decision. A dollar a month would be 5 years to just break even.

The psu is also 3 years newer in tech than what I have and is more powerful, more efficient is good, so is smaller size too @ 220mm vs 180mm, it should also be a bit lighter for My right shoulder that was dislocated in 1978. I bought the Silverstone new years ago from Performance PCs, Enermax is just as highly regarded, in any case it's something that I won and by Jan 2nd will be paid for, I'm obligated under ebay rules as I don't want an unpaid item strike on Me and yes I can afford the psu as I normally make payments there anyway.

Someone here I think also said I should not put in gaskets behind the outlet faceplates or weatherstrip My front or rear exterior doors or seal up any cracks, on new housing the gaskets are mandatory, $28.75 for a heating bill is better than over $60.00 like in 2017.

Silverstone as a psu maker is ok, however their pci-e cables suck since one has to buy Y adapters now, at one time one cable per card would do, now it's a pci-e Y adapter or 2 pci-e cables.

I could have won a 2nd Asus 970 Turbo instead.

If you won it then why are you paying for it?
As for my question what are the economics of the new power supply vs the old one?
