I had My flu shots back in October.

I just got back from Staters, Vons, and Food4Less for food shopping for Grace and I, I got it all in the home from the car in one trip, it was a bit painful, but I managed.

It's 41F outside and heading for 35F, rain might be here on Wednesday.

I had chicken fat shots back in September in both knees

I've heard of getting botulism shots for that sort of thing, but not chicken fat. Interesting.

The chicken fat is injected into the Meniscus of each knee. This, temporarily, increases the amount of cartilage to each knee. The body breaks this down over time, so the shots need to be repeated between 6 Mos and 1 Year.

Here the knees hurt when I'm on them and have since I was 12, but at least they work, unlike My right shoulder joint, I can't without help from My left arm raise the right arm anymore without some pain.

I think the rain knocked out My 2 bathroom outlets, Grace is not happy that Her box is out, not to mention I got a scare from a credit card company that I deal with and I didn't know Halloween had not ended, a text said I had not made a payment when I had, they later emailed everyone about that and raised My limit some, though I doubt they are connected.

It's not a text here Carlos, the 2 outlets are still out, it could be the breakers are wet, it could be a pair of bad breakers, or the scoring from a CH breaker in a BR box, I have a solution for the 1st possible problem though that won't be here for a week and so I get to see about using the extension in the meantime and it's 45F outside as I type this, which means I have to get on My knees to plug in the extension cord since an outlet is behind the aquarium, that is going to be painful getting down there and getting up afterwards.
