It's slurry, it's now in front and back, except for the front road on the A side all road cracks have been filled with tar with slurry on top. Prep just before paving with slurry. Slurry only, they didn't even prep the cracks with tar, just laid slurry. At 5pm PT or after I'm told I can drive on it.
