Voted weeks ago by mail, ballot accepted, now shopping is done, so I get to sit back while the park repaves the roads in this 8 acre park, maybe some clothes washing(jeans, shirts, etc, etc, etc)... The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

If you are part of a society that votes, then do so. There may be no candidates and no measures you want to vote for...but there are certain to be ones you want to vote against. In case of doubt, vote against. By this rule you will rarely go wrong. If this is too blind for your taste, consult some well-meaning fool (there is always one around) and ask his advice. Then vote the other way. This enables you to be a good citizen (if such is your wish) without spending the enormous amount of time on it that truly intelligent exercise of franchise requires. OK - Is RAC climbing in general for everyone in the past few days??? I'm having a hard time judging my own RAC as I've just Upgraded to TBar's CUDA90 App for Mac. I'm witnessing a GREAT climb for myself just in the past three days. While CUDA90 has been a Godsend for many a Mac Cruncher with NVIDIA Cards here at SETI, I'd find it miraculous to state that this change alone, (this too, in the past three days), has had me climb from 4K+ RAC to 6K+ RAC in so short a time frame. But I guess anything is possible. [EDIT:] AND, I'm ONLY crunching SETI on the Mid-2010 Mac Pro 5,1 as my main Cruncher. Farragut, (dad's Desktop), is a Part Time Cruncher and MAY run 2 Hours every 3 Days. The Mac Crunches from 6 PM to 9 AM - Pacific, daily. Prometheus, (my Second System on Win 7 Pro x64), has been shut down due to HIGH Electricity Costs in CA. TL TimeLord04 Have TARDIS, will travel... Come along K-9! Join Calm Chaos |

Mine's been dropping like a rock. It's down over 1,400 points since a couple weeks ago. The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

Mine's been dropping like a rock. It's down over 1,400 points since a couple weeks ago. Sorry to hear, Gordon. :-( I went from 11 Min, (approx.), per Unit on TBar's OpenCL App down to 3 Min. and 44 Sec. per Unit on CUDA90!!!!! :-O :-) :-D The Mac Pro has TWO GPUs in it, BUT only the EVGA GTX-1050 2GB GDDR5 VRAM Card is Crunching. TBar also informed me that on NVIDIA GPUs with LESS than 3GB VRAM that on his CUDA90 App NOT to have a monitor connected to it! So, my 23" Apple Cinema Display is connected to the Mac ATI HD-5770 GPU that came with the System. The ATI Card ONLY has 1GB VRAM, and while it can Crunch, I choose NOT to Crunch with it.
