If there was indeed another failure of the Anti-missile system it does not bode well for a peaceful resolution, as it reduces the options available for the US(Duc Wok's stated target). The failure would also seem to increase the possibility of military intervention by the US.

Reports of food shortages in the military and police, recently from Venezuela does not bode well for the continued existence of that Communist regime.

Not to, so to speak, 'wish that on our worst enemy' but 'Dear Leader' does come to mind.........just say'n......

Korean reunification...
Korean is speaking in both nations, but the language has developed differently after the countries were separated in 1953.
North Koreans who defect to the South often complain about being discriminated against due to their strong accents.
Details of the language gap came as it emerged that North Korea had cancelled a planned joint concert at the North's Diamond Mountain on Feb. 4, illustrating how suspicions and barriers remain despite a recent thaw in relations.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2018/01/30/two-koreas-ice-hockey-team-struggles-language-gap-detente-stalls/amp/
The two Koreas' dreams of a united women's ice hockey team winning gold at the upcoming Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games is in danger of falling flat on its face because the players cannot understand each other.

The Swedish Ladies hockeyteam met the mixed Korean team today before the Olympic Games.
"No common team! Every country alone! ", South Korean protesters was chanting off the arena.

The ladies' first friendly match before the Olympic Games was an unexpected high-risk match.
"There are hundreds of police officers in place holding back protesters from getting closer to the ice halls," said Susan Ritzen, SVT's Asia correspondent, in place in Incheon.
However, Inside the arena there is no disagreement with a common team. Everyone has got the common white and blue flag to fly, regardless of whether North or South Korean flags are seen among the supporters.

Once Kim or his nuclear weapons 'go away'.
It will be a better world for all of us. Which includes the Korean people.

안녕하세요, Annyeonghaseyo meaning Hi in Korean:)

Yes. Much of the Korean problems would disappear if Kim disappeared.
But he has a great family and also a lot of dedicated followers that even will die for the benefit of Kim's dynasty...

Sorry to make you disappointed.
There are no mentioning in the 2018 Nuclear Posture Review of preemptive nuclear strikes against nations.

The ‘Ivanka Trump of North Korea’ captivates people in the South at the Olympics

Are you KIDDING ME?

The head of the propaganda arm of the most repressive regime on earth? 125,000 political dissidents imprisoned and the general population starving to support nuclear weapons development and her lifestyle?

The Washington Post motto emblazoned proudly under it's name........"DEMOCRACY DIES IN DARKNESS"..........how ironic............and sad.

"The ‘Ivanka Trump of North Korea’ captivates people in the South", sounds like a reasonable description.

156.000 people tried to get tickets to the concert by the North Korea orchestra in Seoul yesterday.
The North Korean performance troupe Samjiyon Orchestra's last performance in South Korea ended as a harmonious collaboration between the two countries.
South Korean K-pop idol Seohyun was a surprise guest singer at their final performance held Sunday at the National Theater of Korea in central Seoul.
Mixed reactions were felt within and outside the performance venue.
Those inside the concert hall were excited to be part of the historic event, waiting in line to get their tickets three hours before the concert, saying it's a "miracle" and a "very special memory that will last a lifetime. " Outside the venue, however, anti-North Korean protests were held in the vicinity and in central Seoul.

Do the South Korean people wish a reunification under a murdering and enslaving dictator? No.
Assumption, or do you have some data to back that up?
Korea is for the Koreans, it isn't for China, Russia or the USA. (nor for Clyde to dictate)

Oops. Again...
Japan issues false alarm over missile launch, days after Hawaii alert gaffe.
NHK’s 6.55 p.m. (0955 GMT) alert on its web site said: “North Korea appears to have launched a missile...The government urges people to take shelter inside buildings or underground.”

My dear moomin, sooner or later it happening. Kim Fat Un is gaining time with these fake talks. Moon Jae-in is a ''trojan horse'' of North Korea, beacause his parents were refugees of North. Moon is a possible traitor of SK. He could betray US, Japan and other allies. I don't trust him.

Talks?! Really? What the fu@#* are they talking about? The Fatties Dumb Kim buy time for some trick!

Since the only reason to have 'talks' with Kim. Would be his agreement to:

#1- Dismantle his present nuclear weapons and his ability to produce in the future.

#2 - Allow unfettered access to his entire country, by international inspectors, to ensure his compliance.

The above would remove all trade sanctions and the real possibility of ever expanding trade. Resulting in a better life for his people.

Will Kim agree to do what is best for his people?

Yet another person who will dictate to others how to live their life.

'nuff said.
Since you would enslave them, it is enough said.

Or put it this way, just because you wouldn't make that choice, you would fight a war an murder millions so they make a choice you approve of.

It is their choice to make. Leave them alone.

The broken record continues...

"Murdering and enslaving dictator!"
"Korea is for Koreans!"
<<TIC>>
"Murdering and enslaving dictator!"
"Korea is for Koreans!"
<<TIC>>

You are both correct, and incorrect... Korea is for Koreans. Unfortunately whereas the South is for South Koreans, the North seems to be for a very small clique of Kim's family and anointed. Everyone else is close to starving and can disappear into a labour camp for the rest of their days for something as minor as rolling a cigarette from a newspaper with Kim's photograph on it. Anything much more "severe" warrants execution, sometimes being blown into tiny bits by an antiaircraft gun in a stadium to terrify everyone else into compliance. Lovely country you have there!

So this brings up the second yadda: telling others how to live their lives. Well, as if we have any power to do so when their lives are already so absolutely controlled as it is... Kim and his anointed are already doing a good job of that.

But, it is correct that this is the Koreans' business and they will have to work it out as best they can. It is our business if he is threatening others with nuclear weapons, thus the sanctions.

As to the "murdering and enslaving" part... there's no argument with that. The problem is that this is endlessly repeated without any actual plan for what to do about it. Rather than belittle others for not being sufficiently outraged for your standards, how about just telling us in plain English what you propose? If you don't, it appears you're for a pre-emptive strike but just don't want to admit it. If that's the case I don't blame you, as it would be a strategically dumb move, risking Kim desperately nuking cities because he knows he would be dead anyways, and China going to war on his side.

How do the murdered and enslaved North Korean people decide? Free elections?
Not for you to tell them what process to use to reach a decision. Your job is to respect the decision, whatever it is.
