BTW. Is lack of evidence lack of guilt?Only when the perp's DNA left at the crime scene doesn't match the defendant. |

Trump, when told of special counsel’s appointment, cursed and said, ‘This is the end of my presidency,’ according to Mueller report |

Is lack of evidence lack of guilt? Two words Habius Corpus.....no body, no smoking gun, no crime. Schiff's in real trouble, since California has banned straws, he has nothing to 'grasp'. "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |

Actually it's called habeas corpus, even habeas corpus cum causa or habeas corpus ad subjiciendum,Is lack of evidence lack of guilt? Two words Habius Corpus.....no body, no smoking gun, no crime. [1] is a general legal principle with the approximate meaning "whoever takes a person in detention should tell why".I didn't know that Trump was detained:) Your reference to "no body, no smoking gun, no crime" is a different thing. Don't know what is called in Latin. But the general legal principle is that it's up to a prosecutor to give evidences that a crime has been committed. Without evidences there was no crime and the prosecuted can walk free even it was a crime committed. |

Is lack of evidence lack of guilt? Two words Habius Corpus.....no body, no smoking gun, no crime. Like so much from so many, so little knowledge. https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/habeas_corpus Latin for "that you have the body." In the US system, federal courts can use the writ of habeas corpus to determine if a state's detention of a prisoner is valid. A writ of habeas corpus is used to bring a prisoner or other detainee (e.g. institutionalized mental patient) before the court to determine if the person's imprisonment or detention is lawful. A habeas petition proceeds as a civil action against the State agent (usually a warden) who holds the defendant in custody. It can also be used to examine any extradition processes used, the amount of bail, and the jurisdiction of the court. See, e.g. Knowles v. Mirzayance 556 U.S.___(2009), Felker v. Turpin 518 US 1051 (1996) and McCleskey v. Zant 499 US 467 (1991). |

Is lack of evidence lack of guilt? Two words Habius Corpus.....no body, no smoking gun, no crime. Give me a break! Habeas corpus (/ˈheɪbiÉ™s ˈkÉ”ËrpÉ™s/ (About this soundlisten); Medieval Latin meaning "[we, a Court, command] that you have the body [of the detainee brought before us]")[1] is a recourse in law through which a person can report an unlawful detention or imprisonment to a court and request that the court order the custodian of the person, usually a prison official, to bring the prisoner to court, to determine whether the detention is lawful.[2] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Habeas_corpus You have seen to many American TV shows about court room procedures! Like I have:) |

Oops. Mea Culpa:) Anyway it's quite funny that we in Scandinavia knows more about the US justice procedures then our own. For instance there was one woman in court that said "I take the 5th" when being accused of something:) |

Apparently the Mueller report is not redacted when it becomes to a swearword that President Trump uttered back in 2017 when he learned that a Special Councel was appointed . I censor myself and repost my previous post not including the Mueller report. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-47983489 |

This is only my opinion, after reading everything from every side. President Trump is an incompetent fool. He knows nothing about science, or world affairs. Occasionally he gets something right, but with the constant lies or misdirection's, without constant checking, no one knows what is fact or fiction. Steve Warning, addicted to SETI crunching! No. He is a very competent salesman and not a fool. Like a used car dealer. I wouldn't be surprised if we see him wearing this on his day off. But I think americans deserve better than that for a President. |

The question is: how soon will Barr be impeached? |

The U.S. House Committee on the Judiciary chairman and member of the House of Representatives Jerrold Nadler said during a press conference that Mueller will be called as a witness before Congress - because "we apparently cannot rely on the information provided by Minister of Justice Barr." Nadler thought that the report showed that the investigation was accurate and well-done, and that he believed that it could serve as a "road map" for future investigations. "The responsibility now falls on Congress to hold the president accountable for what he has done," Nadler said. Justice Minister Barr has also been called to the Judiciary Committee to testify. The question is: how soon will Barr be impeached? What are you thinking. You cannot impeach the AG, why next you'll be wanting to impeach the President. ;-) |

There was a saying by a good friend of mine, I don't think he coined it but rather learned it Serving in Viet Nam. The saying applies to everything now going on in the Dim Congress..........."It Don't Mean Nothin'". Get ready for 6 more years of Trumpeting......... "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |

Get ready for 6 more years of Trumpeting.........Hmm. The Stable Genius from Karlstad was the oldest president of the USA in history when elected. He will be 74 years old next election... Will he last his presidency until he's 78? But he's the greatest best leader of ALL TIME of a nation in world history. Make America old again and don't forget to rebrand the United States of America to the Greatest States of Earth. Oh I forgot and I'm getting old so maybe I'm wrong. |

The question is: how soon will Barr be impeached? Oh heavens no. You can't impeach a President. But you can impeach an AG, and wonder if a POTUS is stupid enough to pardon the AG in an attempt to stall the impeachment. Funny thing is that could backfire on him. After the AG gets his pardon he can no longer claim a fifth amendment right against self incrimination, because he is already pardoned for any crime he might have done, so he has to answer every question or get cited for contempt of Congress. |

'Whimsical, uninformed': French ambassador's parting verdict on Trump. Gérard Araud, who retires on Friday after a 37-year career that included some of the top jobs in French diplomacy, said Donald Trump’s unpredictability and his single-minded transactional interpretation of US interests was leaving the administration isolated on the world stage. He's got that right. Mueller report: House issues subpoena for full unredacted version. Mueller report: Trump 'tried to get special counsel fired'. The Mueller report is shocking. Mueller had everything he needed to charge Trump with obstruction, but didn't. It looks like this comedy isn't over yet and several more laughs may yet be had. |
