Where are the indications that the voting results were tampered with?

It's not a case of tampered with, but would less that 80,000 out of 13.3 million have changed their vote if they had known there was an investigation of Russian support for Trump, that Trump paid off at least 2 women to keep quiet about affairs, that many of he and his campaign staff were criminals and Comey had not announced a few days before the election that he was re-opening the emails case.

Out of that less than 80,000 it would only take ~30,000 (0.2% of total voters) to vote for Clinton and a further 30,000 to abstain and Trump would have lost those three states and their votes in the electoral college.
No tampering required.
