"Can't we all just get along?"

Judging by what I see in this thread alone... NOPE!

Siran

And you seem to be one of the most antagonistic, considering your previous post.

Considering all the negativity coming from outside our borders, can you blame me/us for being a bit antagonistic?

Hey! At least I ain't trolling, like someone we all know from our country. ;) lol

Considering your insult to 58 countries in your 896315 post, are you surprised I take issue with you.

Since many posters have confirmed, by their silly referencing of punctuation and silly attacks. That the foundations of their arguments makes no historical, intellectual, moral nor ethical sense.

Returning to this Life and Death Subject:

Because the Kim Family spits on any agreement(s) and Silence is only a Submission to Evil.

What, if anything, should we do to stop a Murdering, Enslaving, Unstable Tyrant country from increasing his their power to murder more millions than he they already has have?

What historical sense are you referring to?

The more you continue the further impression you give that you were an ineffective high school teacher rather than a university teacher.

Of course not. Who comes to the aide of the U.S.A. when the $&^t hits the fan within our borders, such as 9/11?

Oh, but, what country is called upon for help when other countries are in need of it?

You took on that role 12 decades ago to "protect" your national interests, so don't go blaming the rest of the world because you can no longer handle the postition.

I suggest you start reading my replies to Siran before making such stupid posts.

58 countries came to the aid of the US after 9/11 in Afghanistan.

WHO divided two countries in two along two parallels, the 17th (which you lost by the way) & the 38th? Who caused senseless death & destruction by taking ground then walking away after that gain?

Pakistan is a nuclear power. It is also a Muslim country & with the current state of the Muslim world today, how is it that Pakistan is not a worry to the USA, yet North Korea is?

Shouldn't your president be focusing more on being presidential rather than being a twit on twitter?
Edited for spelling.

And (I can't believe I have to state this again), to whom did Europe (which I believe probably includes your forebears) have to turn in 1917 for 'aid and succor' and despite much public resistance again in 1941 while having been attacked by a completely different enemy?

Hitler's stupid declaration of war on the US after Pearl Harbor is what convinced the people of the US to again aid Europe.

And may I ask whose financial and material relief efforts rebuilt a war ravaged Europe? ............Russia? ............China? No the Shovel Wielders helped again.

I heard a former General yesterday sum up with a football analogy of why the US 'interferes' in World affairs.....'we'd rather be on defense on 'their' fifteen yard line than our own.

A lesson we were taught again on September 11, 2001

You aided Europe both militarily & financial, yet gave your former enemies a massive discount, yet you shafted your friends. Nice attitude. As for 1917, you took that upon yourselves.
Hitler's stupid declaration of war on the US after Pearl Harbor is what convinced the people of the US to again aid Europe.
Biggest load of bovine excrement seen so far.
The people of the USA had no say in the matter. It was your political & business leaders that decided that as they saw that their major national interests lay in Europe. Check your history more closely.

But hey - it lets us drag our irrelevant arguments up.
In that case, North Korea is irrelevant, so why all the scaremongering? Ping Pong II has not attacked you, except verbally. It seems that you Yanks jump at the slightest noise!

Because SOUTH KOREA is not irrelevant, neither are Japan, Guam, the US or Australia. ALL of which have been threatened with nuclear strikes.

The US will wait, because that's what we always do, until an action is taken, by DPRK, where lives are lost, and then DPRK will no longer be a problem other than cleanup.

No. China has stated that they will not interfere if NK strikes 1st. The cleanup can be left to SK & when done no more division on the 38th parallel. :-)

All that lovely extra labour for SK to provide the West with better, smarter & cheaper smartphones :-)

Sorry, that should read "Korea" :-)

I don't remember ever insulting 58 countries. Show my post where I named off 58 countries and insulted them. ;)

Seems to me, from what I read in this Political form, that many not living within the borders of my country have to some extent insulted us.

Operation Enduring Freedom. Big woop. Was it voluntary? Were they asked to join the fight? (no insult intended, in case you paranoid about it ;) ) Answers to those questions well tell a lot.

You said "Who comes to the aide of the U.S.A. when the $&^t hits the fan within our borders, such as 9/11?"

Which I take as an insult, as after 9/11, 58 countries joined the US in "Operation Enduring Freedom" (the official name used by the U.S. government for the Global War on Terrorism between 2001 and 2014.) The response to the September 11 attacks, President George W. Bush announced that airstrikes targeting Al Qaeda and the Taliban had begun in Afghanistan.

Now that would be an inconvenient truth for some here. ;-)

Pressure is working? Or this is how he starts talks. Now he "has his nuke" - he'll negotiate.

Of COURSE that's how he starts talks..........that's the way his daddy talked Bubba into giving him a Nuclear Reactor.

So yeah, he "has his nuke" and just whose fault is that?

The only negotiation there can be is immediately cease and dismantle missile and nuclear weapon development and allow inspection to verify that has happened.

And again it must be pointed out that DPRK has yet to uphold any agreement it has ever made since 1953.

IT WAS NOT MEANT AS AN INSULT! Get over it. I just happened to us 9/11 as an example because it is foremost in my mind. Poor example I would venture. Jeese, grow a thicker skin why don't ya. ;)

My apologies for insulting you. :(

A also asked what country is always asked for help when other countries are in need, US. Hitler may have declared war on us after the Pearl Harbor attack by Japan, but it is also known that Churchill wanted us to join the fight in a bad way. He was adamant about getting the US involved.

The bottom line is we are the good guys when others need help, but the bad guys any other time. ;)
