Trump Throws Paper Towels to Hurricane Victims in Puerto Rico The damage caused by hurricane is estimated at $ 90 billion. Something like President Trump means put "the budget out of play". "I hate to say this, but you've put our budget out of play. But it's alright, we've saved a lot of life, Trump said during a speech on Tuesday. Trump also pointed out that the authorities should be "proud" when the death rate was not as high as in a "real disaster" like Hurricane Katrina in 2005. "If you look at a real catastrophe like Katrina, and in the hundreds and hundreds of people who died, how big were your deaths?" Sixteen. You can be very proud, Trump said. This despite the fact that a spokesman for Governor Ricardo Rosello announced that the death rate for those killed after Hurricane Maria more than doubled to 34. And Trump throws paper towels at the people there!!! The US territory has been reeling since the Category 5 storm struck the island, but it's doubtful those paper towels will do much to serve the 95 percent of the island's population still without power and 55 percent without clean water.
