Try this Mike. Had a front tooth knocked out. The one on the left of it is almost 2/3 missing. Cut on chin needing four stitches.
The dentist was my first stop. X-rays, replanting the tooth and a couple of other things. Happy that he used a couple of numbing swabs on my gums before he got out the Novocain syringe. I was holding a Kleenex on my chin to stop the blood from running down my neck. After he gets his work done. He calls a doctor about getting my chin stitched up. He says he will numb my chin for him. So more Novocain. He goes from the inside of my mouth towards my chin. I think I got about eight to twelve syringes full before I went to the doctor.
Now at the doctor's office. He looks at my chin and gets out his syringe. The inside out of my mouth was dead. My chin was still kicking. He poked it and I made a noise until I stopped feeling the needle. He was on the second syringe full when I stopped feeling anything. Four stitches later and I was good to go.

The only thing I need done to My teeth, is a good heavy duty cleaning, Denti-Cal will only pay for a light duty cleaning, which the Dentist calls Polishing, but that heavy duty cleaning costs $450, the only thing it would do, is stop is the pain I sometimes get in My mouth that seems to come out of nowhere, the Dentist also says except for missing 3 teeth, and needing that cleaning, My teeth are in perfect shape, chomp, chomp...

Sorry to hear Admiral.
I got 6 teeth extracted.
My hands are still shaking.

Mike,

Is your dentist going to recommend an oral surgeon to have dental implants done? (I hope so...)

Hopefully, Mike can get His teeth replaced.

Me I've about given up, Denti-Cal's a joke, getting implants($$$$.00), or real tooth cleaning(plaque removal $450.00) is $$$ for Me to pay for, but then any cuts from 2009 that have not been undone(the Devils bargain), are still in place, like My check size(90% instead of 100% of the fpl), and full Denti-Cal, for adults only partial Denti-Cal is in place. Yeah I'm watching a few bills, one that would give eligible ex-cons CalFresh as long as they are able to get SSI, NO CalFresh for Me or the other 1.3 million SSI recipients though...
