Yes. IIRC the last time that happened the President resigned, but he was a politician that could read handwriting on the wall. He also was screaming about leaks and had an enemies list of press people.

From a few searches I get these figures about 61 of his projects;
Failed - 24
Problematic - 16
Success - 21

The only thing he seems good at is squeezing the system, his partners, clients and suppliers take the blame and big hits on his failures. And he works the tax system, declares big losses goes bankrupt and gets massive tax breaks for years after.
He also likes taking people to court, and vice versa, about a third are dismissed or abandoned, but out of the total number he only wins less than 1 in 7, (450 out of 3,500). I'd say the only business to be in around Trump, is be a lawyer, you will earn millions. If you can get him to pay you, some of the cases against him are from law firms.

And where does he get his finance from, the only "US" institution that has lent him money in years is Deutsche Bank America, and they are the biggest suspects in “the Global Laundromat”.
So presumably the Russian and Chinese money questions are legitimate.
