If I may intrude with an inappropriate comment about the seti screensaver? Combined with a cuddle and a favourite teddy bear, its magic on my nineteen month old niece is immeasurable. Her night terrors (and consequent bedtime anxieties) are no longer decimating everyone's sleep to the extent they were just a few days ago. :-) Thank you for providing it. edit: No gripes. |

Kudos for the professional roll out of version 8 and thoughtful way of letting version 7 end naturally. As an old timer from back when both are appreciated. Would like a Technical posting every 60 days and there is no reason why we should not get one 4 or 5 months for a project with this many users. Thanks Bill |

Gripe - Selfish Twonks who selectively abort thousands of tasks to keep their precious RAC high while the rest of us suffer the consequences of their selfish actions. Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

Gripes: People that ask the same question in 3 different threads, and those that reply to every post without giving any info, they just post something silly and flood the chat. Kudos: To the development team for providing the apps and the testing that make this project run smoothly. |

I must be very lucky I seem to have no problems with my pc which is surprising as I am not a very technical person, others seem to be have many. |

Kudos: http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/stats/ updated five minutes ago. Gripe: It'll take a while for the external sites to download and process the data. |

Kudos: http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/stats/ updated five minutes ago. I guess that means I should start another performance scan; hopefully I'll pick up some 1050 Ti's in the data! |

GRIPE: the new layout and color scheme has been implemented here at MAIN and Beta. LOOKS AWFUL. Others have said MORE than enough about it elsewhere |

GRIPE: This light with dark background is extremely hard for me (at least) to read. Hurts my eyes, glares. KUDO: The organization is much neater, however, once figure out which headings various items are under. |

Where did the user page go? Right now, I have to search for my username. and I agree with others here - this should'a been tried out on Beta before unleashing this design on the general SETI site![/code] . Hello, from Albany, CA!... |

At the top of each forum page is the pulldown menu selection. In the top right corner is your Login name and a Log out button. If you select your login name, that leads to your user page. Seti@Home classic workunits:20,676 CPU time:74,226 hours A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association) |

GRIPE: This light with dark background is extremely hard for me (at least) to read. Hurts my eyes, glares. Thank you, thank you to whomever edited the design of boards. Varied browns/grays for dark background with varied colors of fonts much easier on eyes as well as much easier to find way around. |

Hate the new color scheme. Who's wise idea was this? Just want to know where to place the blame. |
