Just obtained a Dell Venue 8, Android version running on an Intel Atom. Loaded a number of projects up in Boinc but none ship any tasks. Anyone aware of projects that run on this configuration?

Just installing BOINC won't do it, you'll need a project that runs Android on an Intel CPU, but most run it on an ARM CPU. So you have to check per project what their applications page says about that, here at Seti http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/apps.php shows they've only got applications for ARM CPUs, which is why you won't get work here.
