I don't feel like it, I like My solution, it's $33.66 total with FREE shipping. It's made of ABS, polycarbonate, aluminum, I don't need an airlock. How should I know? My neighbors place has an external box just like it and theirs has a huge carport type awning above it, I bought My place used in 2006 and this is the stock location for the box, no the park here did not sell Me My place. I will have to find some bolts that will work, the ones supplied look like they're for masonry, not for wood. 40"x30" awning, something that could be mounted 6" above the box and off center. On a quick look at NEC guide, which applies in CA, it says, "The national electric code requires that all 15- and 20-amp circuit panels be rated as weather-resistant and tamper-resistant when installed in both wet and damp locations. " |

" It's a 1987 Fleetwood Westfield, Fleetwood went bankrupt in 2009 and as such it's My problem. Even the park manager and park personnel approve of what I've done so far. Putting in a new box on the inside of My home I was told would be very expensive, so drop it, I'm not rich. And if you look closely beyond the door is a breaker box, this is on a Fleetwood Westfield like Mine, except for paint color and skirting. this was a Build Thread, but it seems some don't like that as they consider a Build Thread or Build Log Bragging, it is not bragging. Look at the title, it was suggested by someone I know of. It says Other projects. I got a ride from a friend, signed a paper, paid $400, the friend brought Me home, In other words you massaged the truth.
It was explained to Me once, then again recently, I have short term memory problems that I have no control of. asap the shop will get it running. I was asked to call on Saturday, the work will take about 10 hours to do, Any sign of the car yet?
The shop is very busy and short handed, not something I can do anything about and they are popular. Me?? It's "you've got to live within your means", BS, BS, BS, BS Sensible advice from Sirius, but ignoring it would be why you have racked up debts of nearly $7000 across 6 cards, a personal loan, and two revolving credit accounts. Each card is maxed out and in addition you now have a payday loan, and are trying for others.
Payday loans go up to $255 in this state, I don't have one. I have a payment of $67.00 next month in April to Paypal Credit that I use on ebay, I'll be getting an awning(33.66), a Ryobi 18v NiMh 3.6Amp battery(16.89) and 2 Q-connectors(7.99), it's not hurting Me at $58.54. You view a payment in as extra credit to take straight out again. In that case you have only paid off $8.46 of what you owe in total, while interest payments still accrue on the balance. It is a very dear way to borrow money. That's My problem and not your concern or are you a concern troll? Then look further, there are bigger ones. The man was only trying to help, why be so rude? It was a true statement, I just don't feel like it, would you have Me lie? don't like that? I'll tell you so what. You can't have it both ways, that's what. You want the privilege of slagging everyone off by calling them "know nothings" and "interfering busybodies" etc. Yet when it suits you you choose to plead poverty, try to gain sympathy for your own mismanagement, and ask for free handouts.
I am not living off any cards beyond food for the moment, but of course you ignored that, you also conflated California Law and Congress, you do not know what you talk about when it comes to SNAP benefits and I do not want or feel like explaining it to you, ask the State of California since it is a matter of CA law which I did link to, I didn't link to Congress and if you think it was, then you have more to learn. If you don't like, and can't accept, criticism or well meaning advice, then don't post your stuff on the boards, and you won't get it.
Since you are supposedly from the UK, please this is America, not the UK, the systems are different here, My relatives say I don't lie, it's a bit of a habit. You said the state law I quoted was a bill in Congress, you know nothing and profess to understand, I didn't know I was in the presence of someone who knows everything, others have told Me you do not understand American Laws, States make their own laws and so does the Federal Government, I was born here, so I know the lay of the land better than you do at least in California where I was born at. Rain here doesn't move parallel with the ground that would require more wind and the fastest gust ever recorded while I was here was 75mph, regular winds don't get that fast here and I've lived here since 2004, that's 15 years of experience, My solution is what I can do, if you want something else like inside, I'll be happy to get you an exact estimate of the cost, since I'm not paying for it at present as I have no other solution available to Me right now. I also have a $25 rent increase in June to deal with. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

If you didn't spend and put the 'extra' monies into paying off your cards and ebay, then the interest saved will have covered the $25 increase. |

Electrical code like other codes also have the 'gradfather' clause where it is still OK if it met code when installed. So the box could be perfectly legal, just not safe. If you ever changed your electrical service supply, then you have to meet the new code, so the box must be replaced. If you want a cheap solution. Get a semitransparent Tupperware container the covers 70% of the box. Cut the bottom end of container out so you can get your hand in to the breakers - and so it can 'breath' and not trap moisture. Then duct tape the sucker on. |

Since I don't have a 2nd income, I can't do everything all at once. Right now car repairs come first and will for a few months, it doesn't mean I'm not paying on everything, I can't pay down the cards and pay for repairs, My income does not stretch that far, there is a limit to what I can do. I don't have a problem with using what I do have from paypal credit to buy things with, that is what paypal credit is about. Though some do have a problem with My income, some have told Me cause of My income that I should not be online, that I should not be allowed to vote, that I should not be allowed to own a car and/or a home while having the income that I have, yeah it's hateful, some just have no compassion and think everything must be earned. The SSA even says the income I and others get is not adequate, but can not do anything about it. SSA is Social Security Administration. USDA manages SNAP, USDA is the United States Department of Agriculture. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

If you ever changed your electrical service supply, then you have to meet the new code, so the box must be replaced. I doubt the box will ever be replaced, most parks are old and the electrician said it might be possible to go to 125 Amps on the main breaker, but then I'd also have to change to a 125Amp breaker on the sub meter and on the stub, plus I'd have to probably get a copper cable to go from the stub to the main breaker, the cable between the stub and the main breaker is a very legal and large aluminum cable, the problem is the buried cable from the sub meter to the stub is usually only big enough for 100Amps and not for 125Amps and forget about bigger Amp sizes. The buried infrastructure here is old and was not put in with the idea of being easy to upgrade, they just dug a trench or trenches and stuck everything underground, which is why when a water leak happens in the park they go and dig carefully and fix the leak, then cover it up again. Yeah and the SSA knows that, She also paid for the car. Reign in, well that's the thing, I have no problem with that except I don't like going hungry, I have about $74.xx to $76xx worth of food to buy in March, and I have to make a payment on the car, you are asking the impossible, as to paypal credit it's a revolving account like the old sears card was that helped My mom put clothes on Me when I was a teenager, paying down paypal credit is the last that will be paid down if ever since it's very useful and that's why I have it. 5 are only being used for food and only until June or August, that's what I can do. Actually getting the place here was as much as I could do, once it was here I had nothing left, I had to get a permit, I had to pay extra for an earthquake resistant foundation system, the foundation and permit combined were almost $2,000.00, I had to employ 3 different companies to get this place out of a closing park that was scheduled to be converted to condos, 1 to pack, 1 to move across a state line, 1 to unpack and do setup. I paid fees and such in NV and in CA. States in the USA are not countries. Honest? I do live on a fixed income from the SSA, beyond that I don't need to say more. My last post on this thread, unless I do get lucky enough for another large enough win, in which case notification of that win & donation will be posted. Over the past 50 years whenever I have given my word, which has not been that often btw, it has been kept. Any donation will equal the amount of common sense seen. If what has been seen on the GTX1660 thread... |

Vic, I despair of you - you neither understand, nor will you admit, that using the revolving door of PayPal credit, credit cards and the like, is LIVING OFF CREDIT. It DOES NOT MATTER if you have to pay interest on it or not, it is STILL CREDIT. It does not matter if the money has come from "a friend", or from a bank if you have to pay it back then it is STILL CREDIT. I can understand you don't have enough in the bank to pay for the repairs to your car, and that you need a car where you live, but PLEASE learn from this episode. Look very, very, very carefully at what you need to spend on and what you want - and recognise that these are two very different things, and make sure your reliance on credit is dramatically reduced (preferably to zero), and over as short a period as possible (and I know that might be a number of years). Rob, here is something to ponder. Perhaps Vic chooses all the drama because he is bored. Living as close to the edge as possible without falling off might be an adrenaline rush for him. |

I'm just beginning to wonder if you really understand credit. Of the things you bought on credit, including interest payments, are these bits really costing you? I cannot imagine it is no less than 10x the original purchase price. Vic, I hope you understand that we out here view credit as a tool for emergencies , not a way of life. I hope you can look at your back statements and see how much you are paying in interest each month and how little is being paid toward the principle of the loan. My guess is that 90% of your current payments go toward interest. It take a very long time to pay off credit at minimum payment, something like 15 years. No wonder the credit cards are raising your credit limits, you're making them a whole lot of money hand over fist. Edit Credit card and revolving credit ar two names for the exact same thing. /Edit |

I don't buy food or any consumables thru paypal credit, nor do I use it to pay for rent, My utilities, for cable, for car insurance. My internet is paid for with a bank issued debit card at My bank. My car insurance is paid for with a direct debit at My bank. My rent and utilities is paid for by paper check to My bank. Paypal credit is not even used for food, only for a hobby and that is temporary. But then people here who say it is being used for what I say it's not, do not listen to Me... No offense, though some will claim they are, for those who will not listen please go away... I will not reveal where I bank nor any routing numbers which paypal still does not use and I've looked. I do know about credit, I have plenty of it and I don't use most of it now and have not for months, I do have an Amazon store card and I have it down to $439.85, the limit is $600.00 and I do know about interest. for a few more months I will be using a total of maybe $71-76 over 5 cards, the lowest being $7.84 and the highest this month being $21.00, I have no other alternative until June or August under CA state law, telling Me to stop, you may as well be telling Me to slit My throat across both arteries, since that would be suicide. no one is asking you to reveal your bank account or routing number details, where did that come from? you seem to include a lot of superfluous information in your posts to deflect the issue. no one is concerned that you don't use credit to buy basic essentials. they are concerned that you continue to use credit for things that are not essentials, which when paying back may very well cut into the money you have available to buy basic essentials. you owe some amount of money to several lines of credit. maybe stop buying computer parts? maybe sell some computer parts you already have to try to pay down your debts faster? maybe delete your ebay account to discourage more unnecessary spending? i mean what's the real goal here? do you plan to pay off your debts at all? or do you plan to just keep rolling over the amount you've borrowed month after month, paying the minimum payment, until you die? saying you have a "lot" of credit isn't really factual when you have 5 or 6 lines of credit, but each one wont trust you with more than a couple hundred bucks... Vic, This is what I really intended you to think about. Carrying credit month after month is costing you an immense amount of money, The sooner that you can stop the bleeding of money, the better off you will be. If your Credit Cards were near zero then your car repairs would have so much easier to handle. Credit is using other peoples money for a price, can you afford the price? |

For Me it is a lot, for others I know it's not. I went into it willingly, I accept it, others do not and want Me to stop and lie and say I am living off of it, I am not living off of credit. I would love to go back to debits, but there are limits to how much I can save up and I'm a bit impatient, so it's hard, I've been poor all My life, now I'm poor and disabled and being hounded by people who are not creditors. STOP, STOP, STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want to be treated like everyone else, yet I am being hounded, I did not ask for help from here, from anyone who posts in the negative I do not want your "help".
