Hello Friends. I am home after a week in the great state of Wisconsin, and I'm not going anywhere near that scale until I have walked off way too many waffles and way too much homemade pie.

Why oh why does Eric's mother have to be such an excellent cook???!!!!!!!

If I was to get married the lady would have to know how to cook(and have Her own income too), but I wouldn't require Her to cook(I'm flexible), since I can cook, Eric is lucky, He knows 2 excellent cooks and He's married to one. But since I rarely get out, nothing like that will happen.

Lake perch!

Herring and also Lake Superior Whitefish, both served deeply fried to a delicious golden brown - served with cole slaw and homemade rye rolls. Yum!

When I first read that, I wondered why you were all rolling your eyes at the food.

Will get back on weekly weigh-in sched on Wednesday.
Last time I looked, I was down to 234. See if I can break out of the 230-240 band I've been in for the past ten years.....

Remembered to step on the scale this morning - 233.
Now will it continue to drop, or will I just cycle back and forth in the band?

I DID weigh myself Wednesday morning, just forgot to post it - 232.

Wednesday 18 Nov - 231.

Wednesday 02 December - 231. Holding steady after Thanksgiving week.

Wednesday 09 December - 233. Got drug out to dinner by friends last night.
