I'll be having sushi today instead. I find that too... can get a bit tempted to dangle my tongue in a glass of iced water afterwards though. I imagine that would do wonders for anyone around who was on a diet... put them off eating completely! |

I work for people who own a bison ranch just outside Louisville's city limits. Bison is expensive(I just bought some bison hot dogs for $12 for 8 franks), but it's lean and good. The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

I'll be having sushi today instead. Too much pepper on ones veggies will do that too. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

I'm in this with you all, and while I don't officially keep track of things, I have cut back on the Cheez-it's and other snacky things. It's hard... I work 3rd shift, and the vending machine calls in the middle of the night. It's just hard to stay away from the crunchy, salty stuff, not sure why. I'm bringing raisins from home, and they help. Ok folks first thing Monday morning weigh in. Diets often hit a plateau a few weeks into them - okay sometimes the plateau is made of lollies :) but the secret is to NEVER get disheartened!! |

Still heading in the right direction 91.6kg At that annoying mid belt mid notch state - when one hole is too loose, and the next one in is too tight.... Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

Still heading in the right direction 91.6kg That's good work Rob. I have an Italian army dress belt with a friction lock buckle so i dont have hole trouble. :-) |

This summer, I discovered that I really cannot be carrying that much extra fat around. During the "float" portion of my annual swim test, I sank. I also just spent a couple of weeks off of any reasonable diet (but also spent all day every day walking)... BOINC WIKI |

There is also increased muscle mass too, to deal with any increased weight, I should know. But then I'm not a Micronian... The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

This summer, I discovered that I really cannot be carrying that much extra fat around. During the "float" portion of my annual swim test, I sank. I live in a desert and I don't know how to swim, the only pool here is closed and has been closed for just over 2 years. That should cover a good deal of it. In any case I really don't know, I haven't been in a pool in over 35 years. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

This summer, I discovered that I really cannot be carrying that much extra fat around. During the "float" portion of my annual swim test, I sank. Last time I was in the water was about 3 years ago when I capsized my sea kayak about 1km off the coast of Barwon Heads. I was wearing a Personal Floation Device so naturally I floated. These days I totally avoid the water as I dont like getting wet. It's only 1km to the waterfront of Corio Bay and 17km to the ocean. |
