I can also say I don't like liver. And while I, likewise, have never had an ale served as described, I do know that what American beer I have tasted, I detested. Therefore, I doubt I would like your ale either. Don't try to tell me that if I tried a really good one I'd like it. I'm 99.9% sure I wouldn't. I also don't like tomatoes (except when heavily processed into pizza sauce), unpickled cucumbers, and mushrooms. I hated mushrooms as a kid, but strangely love them now! I like ale, real or otherwise, preferably server chilled and without the cricket. Whiskey is my favorite spirit and I drink red wine more often than I should! So I consider myself lucky that I am able to appreciate a wide selection of food and drink.
