Tonight Macaroni and cheese with tuna will be on the dinner plate as I have two 3oz cans of tuna to use up, the tuna is older than the salmon. My father used to make salmon patties once in a while, but I never have. I have a few cans of tuna that are probably too old now. I should check them and probably get rid of them. Tonight... maybe a swai out of the freezer, or maybe a can of Chef Boy Ardee ravioli or something like that. Gotta quit eating so much. Back to grilled chicken instead of bacon double cheeseburgers, gyros or Italian beef/sausage combos when I'm out.
