One of the best places to go fishing was down tide of the end sewerage pipe,*
Cod are trash cans for what they eat,
All this clean up the beaches stuff has ruined the fishing there.
*we did`nt keep them...

That is on it way to Earth to rescue 1 man and 1 woman from the end of the world on the 21st.

Apparently the story goes that is the reason all the SETI research has been taken over by the military to prevent people finding out about it.

Winning before bed. Hawaiian group cancelled dur to weather-related travel issues. Went two blocks down the street to Brewbaker's, the local brewpub. Had a ncie dinner of fish-n-chips and a pint (or was it two) of their Sequoia Red ale. There was a fellow in the corner at the other end of the bar, with 3 guitars, playing the blues. Glen Delpit, comes down from Fresno every Wednesday. Liked wht I heard, was gonna put a five-spot in his cugar box, but he had several CDs for sale, so I got two of them for $20 (what the Hawaiian group would have cost) instead. Been playing them while I read the boards tonight. Got my money's worth, so I'm winning.
